I ordered travel money last Thursday…
I ordered travel money last Thursday online, hoping to pick it up on my weekly shopping trip to Sainsburys , Biggleswade today. I was told it would only available from tomorrow. However when I looked at my e mails after returning from the store this afternoon I was informed that my money was in fact in store. A very frustrating experience!

I ordered my US dollars via online via click and collect as there was a better exchange rate. The money was ready within 2 hours.
However the advisor at Warrington branch was unprofessional and rude which wasn't a nice experience.

Unnecessary wait
When I arrived at the branch the money counter was shut. I had walked there specially. When I went back I was told he had been on a break. I don't want to deny him a break but you should cover the position or, at the very least, announce in advance when these breaks will be. Very poor service. I am unlikely to use you again
