Oak flooring order and delivery
From time of placing my order to delivery everything went smoothly and I was contacted with delivery dates and times with the lorry driver giving me an hour's notice of when he was to arrive. Also the oak engineered purchased from Russwood was excellent quality and I wouldn't hesitate in dealing with Russwood in the future.

The Value of a Visit to Russwood in Newtonmore
I visited Russwood Timber in Newtonmore and received a tour of the Product displays, which included a sample-view of the substrate construction that Russwood recommends, all of which clarified my understanding of the cladding techniques that they have developed.

I have just finishing cladding a new house with larch from Russwood Ltd with their innovative Si00x treatment. Graham Whitfield MD managed the sale and delivery of really superb quality wood. Easy
I've purchased cladding for a big diy project in the past and Russwood guided me through all the options down to the best way to fix and treat etc. This time I just wanted more fixings for another project (although Sihga are not cheap, they're well worth the cost). An easy online purchase for not very much but nice to know Russwood's online system works just as well for bits n bobs.

5 Star almost purely because of Dave…
5 Star almost purely because of Dave Warwick (though the rest of the experience was good). Dave gave us excellent and patient advice (and we asked for lots!) that led us to a product that we’re incredibly happy with, both in terms of looks and quality (Scotlarch rainscreen with Sioox). It’s made our house project. I don’t think we’d have got the same level of input and insight from anywhere else, and we weren’t a huge order. Well done Dave!
