Order for four velux roof windows
I phoned roofing outlet to make sure they had the velux windows and facias in that I needed. The phone call was answered quickly and professionally. The person confirmed they were in stock and said delivery would take three days. Three days later and they were delivered with no delivery charges added. Brilliant company to do business with

I have ordered from Roofing Outlet several times and have always been very happy with the service. Delivery is arranged quickly, and most importantly, the paints and other products I have received have always been very well packaged and protected during transport. I would definitely recommend them.

Terrible service
Terrible service
Took longer than said for delivery and my order came out on 5 separate deliveries which was 2 weeks overall. Had to cancel roofing contractors many times after promised but failed delivery’s, and after all that one of the products I received was wrong

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, however we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding the delivery delays.
The delivery address entered when the order was placed contained an incorrect door number. As soon as this became apparent, our team did everything possible to have the issue corrected and the delivery rearranged as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, when the goods were sent out again for next-day delivery, they were rejected at the address by the property owner. This resulted in the goods being returned to the manufacturer, which caused a further unavoidable delay while the order was processed and dispatched again.
We appreciate how frustrating this would have been, particularly when contractors had been arranged, and we are sorry that the order ultimately arrived across multiple deliveries. However, a significant part of the delay arose from the incorrect delivery information originally provided and the subsequent refusal of the delivery.
We are also sorry to hear that one of the products received was incorrect. This is certainly something we would always want the opportunity to investigate and resolve.

As a self-employed professional in London, I ordered painting supplies from this company, only to discover upon delivery that part of the paint was expired and completely unusable.
I contacted customer service immediately with photos and the invoice. They admitted the issue in writing via email and promised a partial refund of £150. After that? Total ghosting. They stopped replying to emails, and even though I issued a formal Letter Before Action, they continue to ignore their commitments.
Terrible B2B customer service, zero accountability, and they sell expired goods. Save your money and your time and buy elsewhere. I have all the emails, photos, and invoices to prove every single word of this review. I see not the respond they make.... complete lie!
Im sorry I cant put all prove and document i have here and showing.

We have now reviewed this matter in full and would like to clarify what happened.
We were actively working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue regarding the product supplied. However, before we were able to complete that process, a chargeback was raised through your bank.
Once the chargeback was initiated, the matter moved into the bank/card provider’s dispute process and was therefore no longer something we could resolve directly in the normal way. This unfortunately meant the situation was taken out of our hands while that process was ongoing.
We completely understand your frustration and are sorry that the experience did not meet the standard we aim to provide.
We would genuinely welcome the opportunity to make this up to you and, should you choose to order from us again in the future, we would be very happy to assist personally and offer a gesture of goodwill on your next order.

Very Poor Company – Poor Communication and Misleading Stock Information
I placed an order for an EPDM rubber roof membrane along with the required accessories. The accessories arrived, but the rubber membrane itself did not.
After 12 days with no update, I emailed harry at Roofing Outlet to ask where the membrane was. I was told that it was out of stock and that they did not know when it would be available, although mid-September was suggested. I replied asking them to double-check this, as the product was still being advertised on their website as “in stock” with next-day delivery. I received no response.
I followed up again and still received no reply. I then contacted the sales team to explain how disappointed I was and asked whether they could instead supply an equivalent membrane from another manufacturer that was shown as being in stock. Again, I received no response. I then emailed requesting a full refund and, once again, received no reply.
Eventually, I phoned them. During the call, the delay was blamed on FlexiProof, the membrane supplier. However, I had already contacted FlexiProof directly. They responded very quickly and told me that no membrane order had been placed with them.
Roofing Outlet then finally contacted the supplier and, a few days later, the membrane arrived — around three weeks after I had originally placed the order.
What made the experience particularly frustrating was that throughout this period, the membrane continued to be advertised on Roofing Outlet’s website as “in stock” and available for next-day delivery.
The main issue was not simply the delay; it was the lack of communication. Multiple emails were ignored, I was given conflicting information, and I had to repeatedly chase the order myself before anything happened.
Based on this experience, I would not order from Roofing Outlet again.

Unfortunately, the EPDM membrane was out of stock with our supplier at the time, which caused the delay to your order. However, we completely accept that the communication from our side should have been much better. You should not have had to repeatedly chase us for updates, and we apologise that several of your emails were not responded to promptly.
We also appreciate your point regarding the website continuing to show the item as in stock. Supplier stock levels can sometimes change before our website is updated, but in this instance the availability information should have been corrected much sooner.
We’re pleased the membrane was ultimately delivered, but we recognise that the level of communication throughout the process fell below the standard we expect to provide.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Item arrived in a timely manner & no problem with quality - however the plastic tiles were packed in an oversized box so £16 postage could have been reasonably reduced as well as options for 2nd class economy which were not made available and disappointed to see no options for that choice.
