Emily provided excellent service
Emily provided excellent service in very challenging situations firstly having to reject one buyer seeking substantial price reductions after offering asking price.
She then found the eventual purchaser, but they had to obtain Builders Guarantee transferral causing much more work for everyone. One online Solicitor was extremely poor at communication / progressing enquiries and caused Emily much extra work to proceed the sale. She remained active and helpful at all times.

We are really happy with the service and communication from Alice at Richard Kendall. We have been renting our house out for 2 years and have been through the process of finding tenants twice. Alice is always very friendly and approachable for any issues that arise.
