Revolut 

Ok i have revolut the past 3 years thought it was great used it in many countries until 2 payments to apple 113 swiss francs fruad.
The money is gone do not leave money lying in your revolut account i have its okay but if fruad occurs like what happened to me your money is well gone you cannot ring anyone in the revolut team only text....you are simply not protected be warned and be safe with your cash only stick with your own countrys bank with these guys your on your own be safe with your cash elsewhere....

I've had an account for over 2 years, this year alone I've already transferred a large amount to the bank, and they haven't given me any benefits! I tried to apply for a credit card and they denied it!

This review doesnt even deserve one star but couldn't give 0 stars which is a joke. Done 2 referrals for family members one accepted got a disgraceful 10 euros which is a bloody joke the other one had everything done then they say transactions was not done when I have proof they were then they denied the reward surprise surprise absolutely bloody fraud of a company don't deal with these jokers false advertising I won't be recommending anyone for this joke of a company 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have been scammed and Revolut will do nothing about it!!! They even told me to continue speaking the scammer potentially costing me more money. There we don’t care attitude is shocking!! I will be taking this further

They're refusing to help with money lost on a subscription scam.
Look for a better bank and don't trust them with your money.

They close the account for no reason. If you can’t send and receive legal bank transfers then I have no idea why they call themselves „bank”. Of course they will not give you any explanation besides saying that you broke the rules ans regulations and that they don’t have to explain you anything. I used their services for 6 months and SUDDENLY wow, surprise, we are closing your account

Absolutely awful customer support after fraudulent payments taken in Malaysia. Only contact through app no phone option. Instant dismissal of fraud claim.

Do not use

This is a scam. Set up an account and made a couple of payments, then when I paid £1,000 into the account they blocked my account and refused to let me have my own money. Looks like I have been scammed by Revolut and lost £1,000 - do not trust this app / payment platform. They just quote terms and conditions and take your money.

Actually There Should be an Option for Zero Stars.

Very Poor. Very slow. Difficult to resolve issues. Asinine responses.

I wish I could give less than one star. Customer service are less than useless. An hour trying to get a simple answer out of "muhammad" and "gaban" and kept being "transferred" to someone else. Sick of it. Closed my account. Don't waste your time with them

Absolutely 💯 cowboys . They take money and its impossible to get it back .Invisible people behind a keyboard. No call centre. Avoid at all cost .
4 months and counting and money not returned

IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE and earn over 50K a year DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are NOT a bank, and today after 5 years banking with them they have decided to freeze my account to review transaction and I cannot access my funds for uptown 14 days.
I work in the Middle East and bank in Ireland, Worst think I ever did. While they do instant transfers which is what I liked and good Forex, there is NEVER a banking relationship, 5 YEARS today they freeze my account.
THEY ARE A FIN TEC COMPANY NOT A BANK AND AFTER WIRE CARD, only suitable for low earnings fixed income earners. Who the main banking system does not want. THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR LARGER EARNINGS WITH INTERNATIONAL TRANACTIONS. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT,. I HAVE SINCE DOWN LOADED A REPUTABLE FOREX APP, WHICH IS ACTUALLY CHEEPER.

I have used this Bank and Card for about 2 years with good experiences. But all of a sudden they restricted my Account. Thank god this is not my mainbank because i would have gotten not a single Euro.

I asked them why and didnt get an answer. They Just told me to wait.
This is unacceptable.

I’ve used Revolut as my main bank for last 2.5 years since KBC left the market. I’ve found them to be excellent…wages are paid in every week on time…I have Direct Debits and Standing Orders which are processed seamlessly each month…I have used the Exchange feature to transfer funds into Sterling and Dollars while on holiday in the UK and USA so was able to make payments in local currency without charges…also while on a recent trip to the USA i used the Revolut E-Sim and found this service very easy to use and great value for money to access Internet Data while travelling outside the EU and UK…so top marks Revolut

I recently got scammed, email Revolut within seconds of it happening. They couldn’t even investigate. Told me sorry they can’t do anything and made it look like I authorised a transaction when I didn’t. Someone stole from me.
Literally I wonder if there’s a fraud dept or they even take anything seriously. This is worrying for a “financial institution”. Already switching to monzo

I changed phones recently and couldnt get into my account. I eventually fou d a way to live chat with revolut but they wanted me to do redicules things to reset my account and then the chat just closed down.I’ve waisted most of the day and I’m still locked out. I just deleated the add in the end and went with N26 who are much better.

Please don’t use revolut. I’m using it and I regret it. They have hidden fees and if you ask their customer services they can’t inform you about the fees.

I have proof if needed.
Please don’t use it for your own sake.

Do not use Revolut...they encourage fraudsters and hackers to open accounts using a foreign company that doesn´t even have a Revolut account! How can a fraudster open an account using a foreign companies details...so either this is all inhouse within Revolut or they are just opening accounts to anyone without checks. I have lost €4000 because of Revolut and when my bank asked for a recall Revolut denied it!!! I am getting Interpol involved, so that other people will not lose money like I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A single star for this company is generous! The best they deserve is a kick up the ... for their profession alism.

MULTIPLE attempts to access my account via the Revolut app, frustratingly, have failed. I've emailed their customer service, received instructions that were no help, and all attempts to log on continue to be unsuccessful yet Revolut continue to ask me to register and send selfies which are rejected. What a nightmare!

Fortunately, I don't have a fortune in my account, but after this experience, won't be putting in any more! More fortunately, technical issues would prevent me from doing so.

Revolut, is the bank of choice for the scammers, they are aware how the scammers are using their facilities to steal money all over the world but they haven't done anything to deal with that.
Never use this bank if you want to lose your money go ahead use this bank
