Whenever issues arise, I reach out to the Account Manager Richard Jones who is quick to assist and resolve matters with minimal disruption. Drivers are respectful of site procedures, and the overall service feels well‑managed and dependable.

Richard Jones has been extremely helpful in dealing with the recycling of our waste products. Previously we organised a courier to collect the waste and bring it to us and then Datashred would collect from us. With Richards help we can organise a courier to collect the waste and deliver directly to Datashred, which stops a build up of waste in our factory. Since this was put in place it has ran seamlessly and Richard is always on hand to help. Great Service all round.

Excellent and friendly service from the office and admin. Very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The person who came to uplift perhaps needed a bit more confidence about lifting the bags to his lorry.

On first contact, Richard the area sales manager was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. It's early days yet but it looks as though the company serves their customers very well.

Great service from start to finish. Price agreed in first call, driver phoned to let me know when he would be arriving to save me staying on all day and confirmation certificate for the shredding sent through the following day. Faultless.
