This review is dedicated to Stu Kennedy, Account Manager, Central Customer Care Team.
We are currently undertaking a major project reviewing our archiving process, which has required the retrieval of extensive historical data and past cost information. After several unsuccessful attempts to find the right contact at Restore, 5 different phone numbers dialled, rang once, then cut off, and 3 different emails bouncing back, I submitted an enquiry via the website contact page—and I’m extremely glad I did, as Stu got in touch almost immediately.
I genuinely could not ask for a more efficient, friendly, or knowledgeable account manager. From the outset, Stu responded to my emails almost instantly, clearly explaining what he would do to help and providing realistic timescales for retrieving the information I needed—and these requests were far from straightforward. True to his word, he keeps me regularly updated, delivers exactly when he says he would, and is making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Stu is an absolute pleasure to deal with and sets a gold standard for customer care. If every Customer Care professional I work with operated at even 50% of Stu’s level, I would be a very happy Facilities Manager indeed. Thank heavens he picked up my account. Thank you so much, Stu—your support is invaluable.

Fantastic timescales

I only sent my request later on Friday afternoon as it was a last minute but urgent request. I came into an email on Monday morning to confirm that I would receive the archive box that day. Within an hour of receiving the email, the box had arrived. Very impressed with the service.
