We are currently undertaking a major project reviewing our archiving process, which has required the retrieval of extensive historical data and past cost information. After several unsuccessful attempts to find the right contact at Restore, 5 different phone numbers dialled, rang once, then cut off, and 3 different emails bouncing back, I submitted an enquiry via the website contact page—and I’m extremely glad I did, as Stu got in touch almost immediately.
I genuinely could not ask for a more efficient, friendly, or knowledgeable account manager. From the outset, Stu responded to my emails almost instantly, clearly explaining what he would do to help and providing realistic timescales for retrieving the information I needed—and these requests were far from straightforward.
