Arranged collection, didn't turn up, no credible reason given. Poor.

Feel scammed... ordered 2 sacks when only needed 1.
Then found out that it costs a further £55 to arrange a collection to have the the paperwork disposed of.

Customer service very friendly and helpful. Brian who collected the shredding was very efficient and all very easy to organise. Highly recommend this business.

If you need to throw away lots of paperwork with sensitive info on or receipts etc I have found this is worth buying the bags then gradually filling and literally years later paying to get these destroyed SAFELY. Not just papers old credit cards too. Even if hand shredded or covered up a bit if put in normal waste you dont know where the paper is going to end up and its very easy to miss covering up something vital. Even tho you have to pay for destruction they turn up on time to collect, keep you posted when arriving and have proof who they are and send certificate of destruction after. If ocd about personal details and being scammed or cloned I find this is worth the cost. And cost hasnt changed much over the years either.

Very straight forward procedure.
Order bags, arrived within 2 days, load very strong paper bags which are clearly marked for size and weight. The adhesive tape on the closing flap is more than adequate to seal the bag. Arrange collection date with Homeshreds office, the driver phones ahead on the day to confirm arrangements. So simple!

Excellent service from ordering to collection and cost effective in my view. Arrived in the time slot the gave me. Explained what would happen to the bags they collected. I feel confident that my confidential documents will be disposed of safely. It was a very satisfying exercise to get rid of hoards of old bank statements and papers that had accumulated over the years. No mess left for Kids to sort when I'm not here!

I’d not used this service before but was impressed with quick delivery of sacks & the ease of arranging pickup. Very friendly service.

Convenient to order sacks in advance and collection later. Was able to specify after 1pm for collection. Pickup as expected and received certificate of destruction next day.

Confidential sacks delivered within 24 hours. Rang for collection Jack the driver came checked the sack amount loaded had to sign they had been removed for destruction. Very nice man courteous and happy as were the lady on the phone. 24 hours later received certificate of destruction. Would recommend the company and have done so to friends makes life so much easier than trying to do yourself good value and very efficient.
