Restore Data Shred were everything I needed them to be when we temporarily closed our office space to complete a refit.
It was a perfect time to remove all those redundant documents that we had accrued over the last for years.
Their large shred bin was wonderful. People found it quite cathartic

Called RDS office and the polite office staff suggested I took our paperwork into their depot at Snetterton for shredding. On arrive at their office I was asked to drive into yard, the polite efficient man came and unloaded my 4 large boxes into the container for shredding. Excellent service. No surprises, they do exactly what they say! No stupid bags to fill (which takes a great deal of time and effort). Just put your papers into the bins provided and lock it up. Easy and secure.

We were so impressed with Restore. Having been let down by another competitor, they were so friendly and easy to deal with. Their booking system was quick and efficient, we were able to get an approximate arrival time the day before and we got a call 30 minutes before on the day to confirm they were on their way. The employee who arrived was very helpful and efficient and the huge stack of shredding we had accrued was gone in next to no time, with a completion certificate being sent through to us the very next day. We would definitely recommend Restore and will use them again if needed.

Normally an excellent service where we do a drop off (which is understandably no longer available due to COVID-19 precautions) but this time had a few hiccups.
The web portal they now require us to use took all the details and payment but didn't book in the collection or notify us that it hadn't done so. Then after a weeks delay, we got a collection date of Thursday 3rd. However, they didn't turn up until Friday 4th without any notification of delay or even reporting into the contact when they finally did arrive.
Up till now, we'd only had excellent service from this location so it was something of a surprise to have any issues with their service.
