We use Restore Datashred annually and their service exceeds every time. It's a seamless experience from start to finish, with excellent communication and quick collections arranged.

Going directly through RESTORE made a significant difference in the level of customer service we received. The communication was clear, responsive, and personalised, which was proving difficult to achieve through our indirect channel.

Fiona demonstrated a highly professional demeanour throughout the entire process. They were proactive, attentive, and committed to ensuring our needs were met. Notably, they even contacted and followed up outside of normal working hours to ensure our service standards were upheld. That level of dedication and accountability truly reflects outstanding customer service.

Restore PLC has been a supplier to CIC Bank, London branch for a couple of years now. We recently started using a sub-service under Restore PLC, Restore Datashred, and so far, the service provided from start to finish has been exemplary. Thanks to the professional, friendly and helpful quality of service delivered by the team, and in particular, Chloe Tellitt, the sales executive who takes pride in her work , promptness and quality of service delivered so far, which is very key to us as a financial institution.

Restore have been brilliant to work with in arranging confidential waste for a period of 18 months. Chloe Tellitt has been absolutely excellent as sales executive. She goes above and beyond in ensuring we were happy with the product and price and could not be more pleasant to work alongside. I know I can always pick up the phone the phone to Chloe and nothing is too much!

I Contacted the company as we haven't used their services before and i was given all the information by Claire who then sent me more information via an email and then a phone call to ensure i had what was needed and how it worked and how to proceed.
The delivery of the bags required was next day and the collection 1 week later.
Again after collection i was contacted by Claire on how this went and if we were satisfied with the service which has been outstanding.
Claire's attention to detail, interaction and aftercare service has been exceptional and would highly recommend the company.

Quick quote, and all sorted.... the driver's communication was excellent - what a lovely man.... he was polite, and really helpful. Undertook the shredding swiftly and promptly gave me the relevant destruction documents. Will use again.

With clearing my Parents house, there was considerable confidential waste. I contacted Restore to see if I could organise a one off collection. I spoke to Shamsull and explained the situation and a one off collection was organised without any problems, the waste bags were delivered very quickly. I had plenty to deal with all the waste and Shamsull rang me to confirm delivery of the bags and when the collections would be. All in all an excellent service - it would have taken me so long to shred 15 bags of waste and this just removed a huge weight off my mind and became one thing I did not have to worry about. Thanks to all.

We always deal with Duane at Restore Datashred and having been using the company for a few years now. They are very professional, Duane is very helpful and keeps in touch reguarly which suits our "shredding needs"

Awful customer service. Failed to turn up on two separate occasions with no explanation or prior notice.
Failed promises to attend on the second occasion as we needed to be out of the premises by month end. Customer service repeatedly advised they would call back to advise what was happening and still no returned phone call.
