a lot of questions that were repeated for someone that really does not how to download pictures, but once all the pictures were downloaded everything went very well. Have to have each question answered but not all at one time is what I sent with what Hertz sent me.

Never bot it before, distance any idea how it would be. Hertz accused us of a scuff on the bumper and two micro chips in the windshield. I think it was a scam. I filed the claim, it was approved overnight and a couple days later the money was deposited into my account

I would highly recommend, We had to make a claim for a windscreen chip, it was easy to fill out the online claim and the replies were quick, our claim was accepted and paid out within 2 days which surpised us so very happy.

Unable to make claim. Link to claim keeps coming back with an ‘Opps’ message and sends me back to home page. I’ve contacted Expedia and Rentalcover.com who keep referring me via a generic message back to the same claim link which doesn’t work. Impossible to contact a human to speak too. I feel the cover a scam and impossible to actually make claim through. I’ve been trying to claim for over 12 days, attempting daily via different devices and desktop browsers and all return the same oops message. I would never waste my money with this company ever again and I’m disappointed that Expedia sell their product as I love Expedia.
