Great customer service
Very quick and helpful response to an urgent query I had about an unplanned and necessary date amendment to a booking I had made. The company was well within its rights not to allow the amendment but they showed great customer service in allowing me to make it due to sickness in the family.

Every body should know about this service.
I only found out about this service through moneysavingexpert.com and an article about rip off car hire companies. Literally 6 hours before picking my car up you managed to save me over £130 for 4 days. This is an amazing service , as with all insurance we should all aim not to claim but getting the right cover for the right price makes it the right choice for peace of mind.

A definite must if hiring a car
Unf the windscreen of car I hired last year was hit by a stone and damaged so was in danger of losing my deposit. I made the best decision ever by taking out the policy and money the rental company took from my account was reimbursed within a few days. Highly recommended. Never hire a car without this cover - much cheaper than the hire firm ..

Double Bookings Appreciated
A colleague had already booked insurance with this same company in the same vehicle . Tried to cancel spare and unnecessary policy but no one got in touch despite saying they would. Rip off Britain on full chat again..
Update
The company have been in touch and have reimbursed me for the policy. I am grateful that they have done this and I appreciate that they have gone the extra mile to do this. I wish to play some record My thanks.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
Was very pleased with the price but have just found out that my policy is not valid. Apparently this is because my Enterprise hire car is not a hire car apparently because my insurance company ordered it. I cancelled the policy straight away but was refused refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Our policy covers rental agreements that are arranged and paid for by the policyholder, as outlined in the policy terms and conditions. Unfortunately, if the hire vehicle is arranged by an insurance company or another third party, this is classed as a courtesy car and would not be covered under the policy.
