Needed to amend policy before the start…

Needed to amend policy before the start date but no reply via online account request. Seems impossible to cancel also so I've ended up having to buy a separate policy rather than take a change with it.

I was an sent what looked like a targeted promotional offer on my email of 10%. I got the same price whether I used that promotional link or direct quote from your website.
