The distribution company has really annoying left me with a pallet which the 4 small boxes were attached to by cellophane/clingfilm stuff. I said to the driver please wait while I remove them but he said he was not allowed to take it back. I have a pallet to dispose of - the haulage can re-use this.good product though. Terrible sustainability and your literature suggests sustainability - not joined up thinking. Reuse/circularity is paramount. What a sad waste of resources

Had a couple of queries, the staff were very helpful, so made me decide my selection, delivery was prompt, items were well packaged. I could have purchased a similar rack cheeper but cost reflects the item quality and the fastlock is quality for sure,omce ots fully assembled the shelbes sre strong and sturdy the fastlock range is quicker and easier to assemble than the non fastlock range, the red/black combination looks stunning, so im very happy, would recommend this company infact ive ordered a 2nd 2pack

We had cleared out the garage and finally had space, now we needed shelving, I didn’t want to be fixing them to the walls so was looking for easy build freestanding strong shelving, we first found these RB BOSS shelves at Trago in Cornwall
( it’s a local thing ) Trago Mills Google it , and we was very happy with them , so decided to get more, this time I looked directly at RBUK.CO.UK and to my amazement and annoyance they were cheaper than Trago, ( that’s rare tbf ) so we ordered and they was delivered free very fast through DPD , great quality shelving units the fast lock system is so easy to assemble and once up and weighted down with whatever you are putting on them they are solid, would highly recommend for a tidy garage look , we now have five sets, I just wish I had gone directly to RBUK instead of Trago first, but then I probably wouldn’t have discovered them if I hadn’t, next time I’ll go direct for sure 👍

I have 3 existing racking units in my garage which are ideal for storing a variety of boxes and items. They are easy and quick to assemble. They are extremely strong, and can accommodate heavy items.
So placing my most recent order for two more racking units was a straightforward decision. I took advantage of a bundle deal which was most welcome.

My 10 year old grandson helped to assemble the shelving and we are very pleased with it.

Shelving took about 25 minutes to assemble in total but suspect next unit will take 15 minutes tops. Found the design of the unit really good, great not to need fixings, and its sturdy.
Excellent service from RBUK - arrived ahead of schedule and comms from them and their couriers was spot on. Can't fault the service provided or the product - which is why I've just ordered another unit.

Quality products at excellent prices. I purchased fastlok shelving units for my garage, and I am delighted with them.
My only minor quibble was with the delivery courier company, however this was quickly and easily rectified by the exceptional customer services representative at RB Boss.
I would highly recommend this company.

Briefly and honestly I ordered through amazon and there were issues with the delivery via UPS. Although this was in no way the fault of RBUK they absolutely stepped up and resolved the problem within a couple of hours offering options and a good solution.

Very pleased and I particularly want to single out Aiden (hope I spelt that right) as a source of brilliant customer service and flexibility. Thanks to RBUK and Aiden for solving the problem and I genuinely hope UPS cause less headaches for you in the future.

Build instructions could be better.

The product itself was fine, once assembled. That was the problem though; the assembly instructions are IKEA-like i.e. a few tiny diagrams on a sheet of paper. The video instructions linked via the QR code were no better, making it look, oh, so easy! If only! Maybe if you had assembled similar before it would be OK but the tabs were a devil to slot in; some went in first time but the majority needed slight bending, but not too much!

Delivery was swift; in fact they were left on my doorstep the day before expected delivery (so much for signature required).

Was it worth it? On balance yes, they look great and the shed is a lot tidier now.
