Good website with clear details of product. Easy to order and delivered when stated. The only minor confusion was I ordered from RBUK but notifications came headed Nautilus Design but no actual problem

We've bought RBUK twin slot shelving a number of times, and believe their systems to be good quality and as strong as advertised when mounted correctly. It's worth noting what other reviewers have pointed out, that one can't mix and match brackets and uprights of different brands of shelving, they aren't interchangeable.
RBUK's office gave me excellent service when I contacted them to ask if a particular item had been discontinued as it appeared to be out of stock everywhere locally. They went well beyond just responding to the query, they investigated and contacted me back with details.

Smart, well made shelves. Arrived quickly and without any issues

The shelving, once constructed, is very good - robust and does the job it is designed for. Two issues. The shelving using metal tags to slide together is not as easy to construct as the shelving which uses rivets to slot the various pieces together. The units using metal tags easily come apart if the shelving is moved during or at the end of constructing the shelving whereas the units using rivets stay together during moving. This is my experience as a single person building shelving.

Excellent communication from the start. Delivered where I wanted it and on time. The racking is very good and with the availability of different sizes it allowed us to fill the available space.

the Fastlok kit was delivered within 48Hours from ordering they are very strong very easy to assemble, poor delivery person checked if we were in first and said you have Four of THEM (20 kg each) would use company again
