Buying and delivery ok, assembly bit more work materials were of a reasonable standard, instructions not so easy but when understood easy to assemble

I was given useful information by phone about which cabinet was better for a garage which was damp. Delivery was very quick. I haven't completed building the unit yet, but am following the on-line video. Putting the parts together is not as simple as shown on the video. Much harder use of the mallet is required than the gentle taps shown on the video.

I contacted RBUK as I had neglected to treat my shelves and unfortunately my shed was not the most air tight of structures over this first winter and wanted to replace the mouldy shelves which with the water damage had warped as well as gone mouldy.

Not only did I get a link to the shelves to replace the ones I have but the advisor also suggested some ways and products to combat the mould issue in the future.

Despite not purchasing the product direct from them the assistance was quick and really helpful.

Ordering the replacements was simple and delivery fast.

This racking looks much better when you have built it than it does on the website. It arrived in a smaller box than I was expecting and was straightforward to build. It took less than an hour for the two of us without a single swear word. That doesn't happen very often. It's in my new utility room and I was so pleased with it that I bought another one.

Parts received were well packaged and in good condition.

Following a recent bracket negative review on their site I must give this company some credit on management of the issue. The 3 stars are for this . They still have issues with their brackets... And standby what I wrote.. I hope intime there do something about the issues from all source feedback.

Fast delivery, good prices. I ordered a couple of freestanding shelves unit. Products were well described, with video of how to build them which was useful.

Professional service with the video walk round, telling me what was fine and what needed replacing in time. Car valeted and all turned around really quickly in the morning for me - fantastic all round!

The freestanding Fastlock shelves arrived promptly, the installation instructions were effective and to the point, the construction took a little care, but went to plan, and the product is solid and works well.

Very good product and a fast delivery the website was easy to navigate all in all very good service .
I do think the postage could do with a tweak but parcel delivery isn't cheap .

The delivery was way sooner than expected, which is a very good surprise.

The product was super easy to assemble and put into place.
