Needed a new bed for while saw this one on Amazon ordered it and was here really quickly easy to assemble and looks amazing and quality is perfect for price but most off all I woke up after a good 💤 and my arthritic bones were rewarded would definitely recommend

Brilliant customer care the was an error when ordering the bed we call them direct and they sent the required size bed the next day as it was for a person suffering with dementia.

I cannot fault my experience of purchasing a bed from Rapyal stores! The bed is perfect and exactly what I was looking for I literally have no negatives to say about it! We had been let down by argos and when our bed finally arrived on the Wednesday it was damaged! I ordered this bed the same day and it was delivered by Friday as promised and in perfect condition, the delivery driver was super professional and extremely helpful A+++ from me 👌👌👌

Purchased a bed through Amazon. The bed arrived within a couple of days and the delivery driver was very nice and helpful. The bed itself was not expensive in the slightest and ai didn't expect much. However it is sturdy, nicely upholstered and the mattress is very nice and supportive without being too hard. Customer services followed up with a whatsapp to see how it all went and the conversation led to asking about leaving a review. So here we are. Great small business and customer focused. Thank you guys!
