Just bought a flat which had junk from the previous owner everywhere, glass, rubbish, litter, a constant mess. John and Kirsty were very friendly and tackled the issue head on as it was a big challenge to clear it up, much appreciated!

Amazing experience with this company, immediate replies by text to my initial enquiry, my preferred date and time was matched perfectly down to the minute! John and his colleague were extremely pleasant, friendly and efficient at removing our items, no hassle whatsoever and it was very easy to make our payment. Would recommend this company over all other house clearance removals companies and will definitely use them again in future if needed. Extremely happy customer!

Rapid Response House Clearance carried out my parents house clearance in Dunfermline after they both went into supported accommodation last week, we are very happy with their service. John, David, William and Kirsty are really nice people and carried out the job professionally, fast and without any problems. they managed to donate all of the useable furniture from the house to charity also and my parents are really happy about that, the final cost was very reasonable given the amount of work they did for us and amazingly £100 less than the quotation they gave us which we would have been more than willing to pay.
Rapid are very easy to do business with and fully recommend !

I have used Rapid Response a few times when I decluttered my home and needed to get rid of unwanted household items and general household waste. Each time I emailed them to arrange a time for collection, they responded promptly and the waste was collected within a couple of days of me emailing them. They always turned up on time and did the job efficiently leaving no mess behind. The team are very friendly and their prices are very reasonable. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I emailed the company to enquire about clearing a lot of household rubbish on the Tuesday, they were able to accommodate my day off on the Thursday, which was more than I expected. They turned up on time, were polite, helpful and even left us some sturdy bags to use while we cleared the rest of the house ourselves (we only contracted them to clear one room). Both John and his colleague were really friendly and helpful, and I'll definitely use them again if I need similar services.

John and his team provided an excellent and efficient service for us at what is a particularly challenging time (family member admitted to care) - they did so with consideration, without any unnecessary fuss or false promises!

From first contact John was professional and warm with a 'can do' attitude and clear honest approach. The price he estimated felt reasonable and was competitive compared to other quotes we'd had. The final bill was as quoted and there were no hidden surprises. John was able to provide the service within days of us contacting him which was also very helpful in the circumstances.

We were unable to visit in person to see the completed job so John sent a video showing us how they left had left the flat which feels reassuring and adds to the honesty and openness that he showed in our conversations.

We would not hesitate to use John and Rapid Response Services again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

Excellent company, quick response to my enquiry, followed up by a clearly explained quote and price. John and team were out within 24 hours to clear out an old stone outhouse, which was home to rats, mice and creepy crawlies as well as black bags and white goods. Initially, I contacted them via phone messages and received a quote within a few minutes. On the day, John and Kirsty arrived exactly on time as promised. They were super friendly. They dismantled and collected three cabinets and a bunch of scrap wood pieces within a few minutes. For certain, they are very professional and efficient. Reasonably priced. Great communication from the get go from the start of booking and right through to the job being completed. Fantastic job from John and colleague here on time and nothing was a bother to him even though there was 73 black bags of general rubbish clutter e.t.c only wish I could give more than 5 stars to be honest because it would be thoroughly deserved and earned!!
