I contacted Bellspire via CheckaTrade for an asbestos survey. They were very prompt in their responses. The report was easy to read and any questions were answers. If we decide to remove the asbestos, we will be contacting Bellspire back.

Danny was amazing and went over and beyond. I was quoted a good price. Danny organised with the estate agents to attend the property but they mixed up the date/time and he was left waiting. His next available slot was three days later but he shuffled things around to do the survey the next day as I had deadlines I had to meet. He has been quick to respond to every query, phoned me the day after the survey to provide a verbal update, and turned around the report within a couple of days. Danny is a pleasure to work with and I would definitely come back to Bellspire for future work.

A friendly, professional and engaged approach throughout the process, from initial enquiry to booking, to inspection day and the subsequent report and responses to follow-up questions. The inspection was thorough and the following report was clear and informative, with relevant photos to help explain findings in each area of the house. In fact, we were amazed at the amount of work that went into the whole process, whilst it was all done within committed timescales. I have no hesitation in recommending Bellspire, particularly with the sound knowledge and experience demonstrated about building construction methods and materials over the years. 5 Stars well-deserved!

Danny did an excellent job after another surveyor let us down. He is highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain his findings as he went round. The results were more asbestos than we’d feared, but we feel much more equipped to deal with it having a report we can trust. Couldn’t recommend Danny more.
