Fantastic, speedy and honest service
I can't recommend Rapid Response House Clearance enough. I was decluttering and needed to get rid of everything I wasn't keeping, including some leftover paint and paint remover that couldn't go to the local recycling centre. I sent them photos and they responded almost immediately with a great quote, offering me a choice between a same-day collection or one a few days later. I went with the same-day slot for convenience, and they were there promptly at the time agreed.
John and his colleague were friendly, helpful, polite, and efficient throughout. They also charged me less when I turned out to have fewer items than initially planned.
Genuinely honest, hardworking people running a great service. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thank you John & Team!

This company was fantastic. I was very impressed. Customer service was excellent - very fast and friendly. Came to pick up my things the very next morning, which was perfect. They arrived exactly on time, and did the job very quickly. Great price for the service too, I would highly recommend this company for helping remove items from your house, or full home clearances. Some companies charge a fortune for pick ups, this one was very reasonable and the best service I've experienced. Definitely use Rapid Response!

House clearance following a family bereavement
John and his team did an amazing job clearing my mums flat following her death. She had so much in display cabinets and cupbaords, collected over many years. I could not believe how they manged to box it all up and remove everything is such an efficient and sensitive way. It is not a nice job clearing the bits and pieces of a loved one, and we fealt we could not do it. John made this job simple. They did a fabulous job.
