You have several times reminded me to register for my self insurance centre but each time that I try to do so I am told that my details have been rejected. I therefore won’t be registering, unless you can solve this problem

Poor processes / automated system
Accepted quotation, which was competitive. Subsequently, charged extra £20 because they say they couldn't process card transaction, even though they had accepted my card details were valid and confirmed they had this on file. Claimed I had not given my authority to use card on file! Why would they have my card details without authority? Having spent almost £2,000 in the past 12 months having two cars serviced by RAC, and expensive brakes replaced on a Range Rover (by RAC), and insuring other vehicles this left a sour taste - not the extra £20 but the principle of being charged unfairly.
