DO NOT PURCASE

DO NOT PURCASE! The quality of the ball is significantly worse than the one you get at the local big box stores. Also, took 6 weeks to deliver, missed Christmas, and tried to cancel the order 3 weeks ago when I had no delivery updates and they refused. So now I'm stuck with a poor product for twice the price of Silent Basketball which we purchased on the 23rd in time for Christmas.

I think I’ve been scammed

I think I’ve been scammed. Customer service advised me it will be delivered shortly but it’s been over three weeks and still nothing. I ordered it from Australia and auspost doesn’t have any tracking details - which means it hasn’t been shipped.

I ordered my QB ball early December…

I ordered my QB ball early December December 6 I have yet to receive my ball. It does say always in transit somewhere. This was supposed to be a Christmas present as well. I just sent a message I want to refund. I probably won’t get it, but I am too going to send this to the Better Business Bureau the federal trade commission this is ridiculous. This is the worst experience. I think I’ve ever had, I believe this is a scam and it’s pretty bad when there are balls here in my local city that I could’ve bought besides going through this shit I would not buy from this website again if I was paid to do it

How much did I pay for a giant foam ball?

Shipping does come from China, I was given priority shipping. Ordered early December, was not delivered by Christmas. Was told by customer service that it takes 2-3 days for processing and 10-20 days for shipping- that was more accurate. It came in the shipping bag, no box, which seemed odd. It’s literally just a giant foam ball. Not sure what I expected but $40 and 3 weeks for a foam ball… if I had any faith I’d get a refund I’d send it back. My son was underwhelmed and felt like I got him a “baby” gift. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

Product comes from China. DO NOT PAY FOR PRIORITY PROCESSING. 3 weeks to get the ball. You can purchase from reputable websites based in the US. The customers service is misleading (not honest) when you contact them

Never order these products, what you receive is a product that would cost $2 to make and is sub par from China even though they claim to be American made. Complete junk and a total scam.

Never received ball or refund! Paid for priority shipping! It has been over 30 days! According to company it has been at a “ local courier “ for 9 days! No support from customer service if it exists. Still waiting same response. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will not receive your product. Most likely the positive reviews are not valid.

This is not a legitimate company

This is not a legitimate company. Look at the reviews - They are either 5-star (fake) or 1-star from all the legit complaints. Nothing in between. Ordered on December 3rd as a Christmas gift and nothing came. Then when I aggressively complained they finally sent me some piece of garbage that arrived 12/30, looks nothing like what they show on the website, no box, no branding, doesn't bounce.

Buyer BEWARE!!! Update - Filed Complaint with FTC

This was ordered as a Christmas gift for our grandson on 12/13/24 and as of 12/29 it still hasn't arrived. The tracking info is very vague so you can't follow where it's at, it just says in transit. I finally got someone to tell me it was shipped with usps but the tracking number is not a usps tracking number. I was also charged shipping and insurance of $4.99 twice but they would not correct their error. I was just told I couldn't cancel the order but I was just trying to get them to correct the double charge. Very hard to get a clear answer to where this purchase is. They just say you should be getting it soon but I think they have no idea when it is due to arrive. There is no expected delivery date. Very frustrating to deal with this company. No shipment in the US should take this long to arrive. Would not recommend dealing with this company.
12/30/2024 Up-date; After no response when I pressed for an accurate usps tracking number I have requested a refund for the product never received. Complaint will be filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at "ReportFraud.ftc.gov" if a refund is not issued.

UPDATE 1/20/2025: Gave company time to issue refund which they didn't do. Filed complaint with Federal Trade Commission. Can't post link but simple to locate site and file complaint.

Avoid buying from them

Avoid buying from them. Was a was of $40 plus the tax and $10 for priority shipping.

I was charged the priority shipping and handling rate of $4.99 twice. I ordered for a Christmas present on December 4th. It didn’t ship until December 16th and wasn’t delivered until December 26th. I asked customer service to refund the priority shipping since it didn’t ship for 12 days after order and wasn’t delivered until 22 days after ordering. They keep responding with a generic email that the item has been delivered.

The quality is not great on the ball itself. It is obviously two half’s, glued together. The painted lines are poor quality and inconsistent in their application.

The bounce isn’t as good as I would have expected and not the same as a basketball on our laminate floors.

The ball is quiet, but I doubt it will have much durability. The ball cost $40, but the declared value on the shipping label was $2 and that feels about what the quality is.

I should have known better as I never order anything off a Facebook ad, so don’t make the same mistake as I did.

This might be a scam company

The website says US shipping in 1-2 weeks. I ordered December 2, today is Dec 28 and I still don’t have a shipping or delivery date. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and get super generic “we will update you later” responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I’ve asked for a refund 2 times with no acknowledgment of the request.

Disappointed is an understatement

Arrived in vacuum packed clear packet after getting out of the typical shipped from China(white and black bag)

After cutting the vac bag open and leaving for a day, it’s misshapen, undersized and a foam ball some poor person seems to have marked with a texta.

Does it have a quieter bounce. Yes.

Does it bounce like a basketball. Absolutely not.
