I would not recommend this product

I would not recommend this product. As you can read in the hundreds of reviews, the company deceptively charges you for a subscription at checkout and does not respond to requests to cancel. They charge $30/month for access to videos. That’s a terrible deal.

They’ll claim that the subscription was disclosed at checkout and that an email was sent notifying you of the subscription and how to cancel it. That is simple not true. Furthermore, their app and website is so glitchy that it’s nearly impossible to submit a request to cancel. Not that it makes a difference because even after you email them, they don’t respond and continue to charge you on a monthly basis. The only way to cancel is to contact your credit card and dispute the charges. Total scam.

Lastly, they respond with the same generic reply to all negative review, which should be a dead giveaway that they don’t actually care about their customers.

bought this for a christmas gift

bought this for a christmas gift. my shipment came all mangled and the hoop was delayed. then i suddenly started getting charged 29.99 each month. i had to do some research only to find out it was for a subscription i never signed up for. had to go onto the website to cancel something i never signed up for. i hope it works or else i will need to cancel my credit card. i will be disputing these charges. so sketchy hiding subscription fees in a purchase.

Not recommended… Worst buying…

Not recommended… Worst buying experience… overpriced, app does not work and they will charge you a monthly fee ($29.99USD) without approval…

They do not reply to emails… I have been requesting to cancell the monthly fee and credit the first month (that was supposed to be free at purchase), but cannot get a honest answer, I might also need to cancel my credit card to get this resolved.

Q Bounce is an absolute SCAM

Q Bounce is an absolute SCAM. I ordered one ball. They sent me two balls and charged me for two. Balls came in torn and marked boxes. To add insult to the injury they then started taking a monthly $44 fee from my credit card and said I had signed up for an app. After one month they said they had cancelled it but continued to take the money. I am having to cancel my CC.

Membership without me knowing

The product itself is ok. However, after my purchase I found out that this company charges a monthly fee of 30,- dollars without me knowing. When contacting the support desk they replied (very swiftly) that I had signed up for the VIP membership with that monthly fee. When I traced back my order details in my email, no mention was made of a subscription, only the ball was shown.
Did I miss anything in small prints? If so, this is not a transparent way to do business. Also, the fact that I cannot find anywhere in our correspondence that I have signed up for a subscription is questionable to say the least. Where can I see that I signed up for this? I only see that I bought a ball in my order.
After my first email message and receiving response, my replies where blocked all of a sudden. I got an automated response back that my emails contain a virus and were blocked by the recipient's server.
Eventually I found a link on the website where I canceled my subscription. After doing so, again no confirmation email whatsoever to let you know your request was received. I have to wait and see if next month I will be billed again.
If anyone from the company is reading this; you have a good product, but how you handle this subscription issue is not how you should treat clients. I'd ask for a refund but wouldn't know where to start since I cannot prove I chose the subscription in the first place.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are an absolute scam. I purchased a basketball as a gift, and a month later I was charged $30 for a membership fee for their app. No where indicated or mentioned that making a purchase would sign you up, I was never made aware that I was enrolled, I have ZERO use for the app, and they just charged my card out of the blue. When I reached out to have them cancel the charge and membership, all they said was they reviewed my status and can confirm I am enrolled. Didn't answer anything else. I am getting my bank involved now. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Bought 2 sets for my grandsons for…

Bought 2 sets for my grandsons for Christmas and was charged even though I hadn’t even activated the account as was waiting to deliver them and let my son decide if he was going to avail of the app They deliberately hide the details about the subscription in the very small print in a drop down box below the accepting of terms and conditions. It is not something you opt into it is automatically applied and not explained to you as they hide the details. Their automatic replies to these reviews are incorrect and not accurate, you do not choose to have the subscription. Stay well away from this company.

Charged for an app I haven’t…

Charged for an app I haven’t downloaded.
Bought mat and ball for my son for Xmas and now I’m getting charged a $45 monthly fee for an app that I had no idea I signed up for and haven’t even downloaded! There is no simple way to work this out on the site, I had to email customer service to ask and haven’t yet heard back. Comes across as dodgy, with hidden costs. Would have avoided if I knew this was going to happen, so beware being purchasing.

Very unethical and misleading site

Very unethical and misleading site. Like many other reviews, my credit card was charged for an unwanted monthly subscription which they automatically sign you up for.

Who would willingly pay $30US a month for such a subscription. If it was so good they wouldn't hide the fact they are automatically signing you up. Very dissappointing and disgusting practice.

Have sent an online enquiry for a refund. Quick google search finds this is an ongoing scam affecting a lot of people.

They deliberately hide the details about the subscription in the very small print in a drop down box below the accepting of terms and conditions. It is not something you opt into it is automatically applied and not explained to you as they hide the details. Absolutely disappointed

Absolutely disappointed! We spent a lot of money on something for our son which made up most of his gift, only to have it arrive far from what we have expected. They withdrew $45 from our account without permission for the app that stated it was free with purchase. The quality of the ball is TEMU, the app does not work and the mat is very basic. We will be pursuing this further with the relevant bodies.

App is not loading and no one is communicating when it will be fixed. Of course I have done everything my end to get it to work, such as logged out and I, Uninstalled and reinstalled, even reset my device and clear the cache etc.

Hidden extra charges, poor quality, avoid

We were charged hidden monthly fees that were not disclosed upon purchase. The practices employed by Qbounce were misleading and unethical.

Quitebounce charged my credit card again

I ordered Quitebounce ball, got delivery after 25 days. It has charged my credit card again for US#30 for unexplained reason. Trying to get email, got failure message. Sent message through contact page, no reply so far. I had to cancel my credit card. Faced so much hardship. a plastic hoop and a ball, costing CAD $150, itself is not justified. Forced advertisements brainwashed me and purchased so expensive ball.
