If I could give zero stars I would. My ball came shrink wrapped so it was entirely flat….SHRINK WRAPPED! It was supposed to come in a nice box. There’s no brand on it, black lines are messed up and the ball is completely deformed. Since it is deformed it does not dribble right. Oh, and it definitely ships from china. Took a month to receive. Looks like something from a carnival. Complete and absolute rip off! SCAM

This has been the worst shopping experience I have had in a long time if not ever. Not only I have not received my order that I made over a month ago. They gave no communication except to say the ball shipped when it had not. When I reached out they refused to help at all and did not address any of my concerns. Complete scam. I ordered nearly a month ago for a Christmas present. Tracking was stalled for weeks with no updates. Multiple emails sent and then it arrived today, Absolute junk! Arrived as an orange soft foam ball that barely bounces in a cheap unmarked plastic bag. No "Quiet Bounce" logo on the ball or packaged in a box like advertised and feels and looks like straight from Temu. Cheap and Nasty. Can't imagine I'll get a refund. Avoid Quietbounce.com at ALL COSTS! Save your $$!

I've been waiting weeks for a ball that was supposedly shipped Nov 28th & the tracking always says in transit to next facility - no statement of where it is or when I should expect it.
