Do not order from this site

I ordered from the site in November and when my order came it was only partially fulfilled. I emailed straight away and they went back / forth a bit and eventually said they would send the missing items. I received notification they were on their way and when asked for tracking details they just kept sending me the original tracking details and order number over and over again. The products were cheap as to be expected but not providing everything I paid for is poor. They are stuffing me around and I doubt I will ever see the missing items. Please do not waste your money, go to Temu or some other cheap site where you will get equivalent and hopefully not be in the mess I am in. I do not recommend this company.

Arrived 1 month late

Arrived 1 month late, poor quality, they will not give me information on how to return. Correspondence said I had to send pictures on why it was not up to standard despite advertising 100% guaranteed satisfaction.

No box, no insignia, shipped from China. Total false advertising!! No different than the 12$ silent bball that I ordered from Temu. Already started falling apart within 2 weeks of indoor use. I have been Seeking a refund since, going on almost a month now. They continue to string me along even though they say they have superior customer service. They just email me the same scripted computer message every time. They are a scam company selling junk and shipping it from China even though their claim is that they are not!! Lies Scam

Do not buy.

As with too many others here - ordered well in advance of a birthday date. Company claimed it was delivered but no sign of it. After numerous emails they insisted I'd get a replacement on time.

No replacement to this day - I'm reduced to pursuing them through my credit card as they refuse to refund.

Update: ONE YEAR LATER, I GET A REPLY FROM THE COMPANY.
Not to my emails, mind you - just here because they think damage control is more important than customer service. Absolute disgrace.

Terrible quality; Long delivery time

Ordered this item early December. Arrived over 1 month later in January. Agree with others feels like a holiday scam! Quality is horrible. The lines on the balls look like a well used black permanent markers was used. I got 3 balls (different sizes). Even after 24 hours out of pressure bags - NONE are circular. They are lopsided. They don’t bounce well. Because they didn’t show up quickly we ordered another companies “quiet” bouncing b-ball and it is fantastic in comparison (lines molded in; circular & cheaper). So I can tell you in side by side comparison there is a difference. The quality is BAD and cost was HIGH!!! Order another b-ball from online retailer like A••z•• or W•••••t and have in a couple days and I’m sure any of their 20 options will be probably be cheaper and better.

QUIET BOUNCE… Do NOT order from them!

My experience is much like those already posted. I place an order on 12/4, which was a Christmas present for my grandson. The website said Quiet Bounce was different because it didn’t ship from China. Guess what… that’s EXACTLY where it shipped from. I have asked for a refund and expressed my frustration so many times.. but no help! I hope people read these reviews before they order from Quiet Bounce…find somewhere else to order a silent bouncing basketball!

Refuse to Refund

Ordered the product on December 15 for Christmas. Paid the extra for expedited processing the shipping. Said 5-10 days to process and receive product worldwide. As of January 13 product still not received and after three emails to customer service they still won’t cancel and refund my order. They just say be patient and wait because their supplier is behind. Not my problem. Christmas present ruined and now they are ignoring me.

Horrible! Same deal as everyone else

Same deal as everyone else, ordered early December, keep getting bland, uninformative “updates” via email that say “ Hey there! I just wanted to reach out and provide an update on your order. It appears that the shipping company has not yet delivered it. However, it's getting closer to you and should be delivered soon! Thank you for your patience and understanding, we're doing everything we can to get your order delivered ASAP.

I’d give it a zero if I could

I’d give it a zero if I could. Company is a scam. Paid priority shipping when I ordered the basketball in early December and product still hasn’t arrived and it’s January 10. Sent 4 emails to them and all I get back is that it’s “in transit.” I’ve asked for my money back because of the delay and they say they can’t return the money because product is in transit. I’ve open a dispute with my charge card company. I believe the 5-star reviews here are also fake. If you read them they all sound the same — as if they’re written by robots and not real people. This company’s website is advertised as being in Texas which makes you think that’s where the product is shipping from. Wrong. It’s coming from China and the never tell you that anywhere in your order. So all these 5-star reviews who say the product came right away are liars. I have no idea when or if product will arrive. Save your money, spend it elsewhere.

I never received the product after…

I never received the product after ordering in early December. I have since received two email replies that it is in transit to me (it's not). Every review is a 1 star except for all of the 5 stars that come from young girls who have never had a basketball their entire lives. Do not order from them.

Just a sponge ball

I feel duped. The marketing I saw on Instagram made me think that this was some kind of technically superior ball with some tech to reduce noise. No.... it's a sponge ball with some basketball styling paint.
It also took over one month to arrive, presumably from China and was all squished and misformed by the packaging.
Other than that, it is fine, it does indeed bounce quietly but so do other sponge balls that are a fraction of the cost

I would give this a zero star if I…

I would give this a zero star if I could. Complete scam. Ordered 11/28, still have not received. Initially received a tracking number 2 days after ordering that provided no information. After Contacting customer service on 12/14, and again 12/17, I received an email response saying it hadn't shipped but would ship soon. I contacted them again 12/23 (no response) and 12/27 (this time demanding a refund), THAT got a response that they couldn't refund as the order had just shipped. On 12/30 received another email apologizing and that they were looking into the matter as it appears it hadn't shipped. Emailed again 1/6/25 and 1/7/25 stating that I would dispute with my credit card company. Immediately received a response stating it had been delivered, although tracking showed a shipping error that requested I get with the carrier. What carrier? It's coming from China ??. On 1/8/25, I responded stating I still hadn't received. I got a response from "Justlyn" acknowledging that it appeared my package was lost, and they would either reship or refund (my choice). I responded stating I wanted a refund, and confirmation of the refund. No response. I'm done. I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge / credited my account. This company is a SCAM!

Place is awful

Place is awful, product not delivered have been waiting 4 weeks, missed Xmas. Customer Service gives no real response as to why, there is no phone number to call just an automated email that says product is “in transit”..

Scam

Absolutely rubbish all it is is a foam ball doesn’t even have the quiet bounce logo on it as on the website thought it would come in a box but it was just wrapped in paper absolutely feel ripped off do not buy I also thought I was buying from an American website but it was shipped from china

Cheap foam ball

Shipping is horrible. Took over a month to get here. It is just a foam basketball and cheap plastic rim. It bounces. The kids will have fun. It’s not like a real basketball. It doesn’t feel like a real ball. It’s worth nowhere near what they charge. I’d maybe pay $20 for two balls and a rim. This company is ridiculous. I was fooled by their online presence. My bad.

So silent it’s invisible!

Update- received the ball this morning. Wish I’d bought the $5 version from Kmart. Came wrapped in plastic and roughly 3km of packing tape. Ring is made of flimsy plastic and is already bent out of shape. The one star I give them can go to their marketing team as they’ve created a very convincing illusion of a professional company selling a quality product when it’s clearly just junk from a warehouse in China.

I placed my order on 1st December and it still hasn't arrived. On 12th December, I received some vague tracking details which are clearly just a string of numbers as this was the last “update” I ever received. A email to inquire about my order only received automated replies that don’t address my specific issue. Follow-up emails get the same generic response. I deeply regret ordering from this site. While it may look slick, it’s clearly a scam.

SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM ? I believe Quietbounce is a scam. I ordered with expedited shipping in 3Dec. Their policy says they shop 1-2 days after ordering but that’s not true as it hasn’t even been processed yet and it’s more than a month later. I even paid for a PRIORITY EXPRESS and still waiting.

Warning- Stay away

Warning- Stay away? I believe Quietbounce is a scam. I ordered with expedited shipping in 3Dec. Their policy says they shop 1-2 days after ordering but that’s not true as it hasn’t even been processed yet and it’s more than a month later. Also you cannot get help from contact customer support either. They respond to emails with generic responses - I think it’s a computer generated response not an a real person as they dont answer my simple questions. I asked for a refund since it wasn’t shipped yet and they said that was not possible, which on their FAQs it says they can cancel order if not shipped. Soooo I will try to refuse the charge on my credit card to see if that works. Not happy.
