Ordered it back in November - still nothing

Items were not delivered

I ordered last 5th december(2 items) and even paid additional cost for priority shipping for it to arrive in time as christmas gift for my kids. But until now,it was not delivered!

Ball does not bounce straight

Ball does not bounce straight. When I drop directly down it bounces off to the sides a little. Enough that it's not much good for practicing with.

Doesn't bounce quite high enough for me either, but that's not as much of a concern.

OK for doing some drills where you stay low to the ground, quick crossover drills etc.

But based on my personal experience, would not recommend this product to a friend or family member.

DON'T do it!!!

This was not a good experience. I ordered 3 balls and 3 hoops for Christmas early November 2024, $134.00. Shipping confirmed I would receive the items before Christmas, which I did not. Needless to say I finally received 3 balls (weeks apart) and one hoop in late January 2025, after multiple emails back and forth (from "Julie".) I still have not received the last two hoops. NO response from the company now. One other thing I thought was odd, when I was inquiring about not receiving my products via email, they responded requesting I send a "video" explaining my needs. I responded back stating that request is absurd. So, all I can do now is spread the word and let everyone know what happened to me, so they can save their money and spend it on something else. One last tidbit- ALL of the products I received were shipped from China. Which on one platform they said "made in the US." Not true. Buyer beware. You can't say you haven't been warned. :)

COMPANY IS A SCAM

Ordered in November and haven’t received our basketball that was supposed to be a Christmas present. Our son is still waiting despite multiple emails being sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are unreliable.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! They were recommended by a friend, who did receive their order; however, I ordered on 11/24/24 and the ordered was not “delivered” until 1/28/25 BUT the package was never received. I reached out to customer service multiple times before getting a response and then they basically told me sorry not sorry.

Absolute rubbish and customer service…

Absolute rubbish and customer service is non existent. Ordered 2 size 5 balls that were supposed to be 27.5" as advertised. They are 25.5", significant difference. Responded to my first email saying they would look into it and resolve. That's where it ended. Have sent a number of emails since and not heard anything. Don't waste your money on this overpriced crap made in China!!!!

Update on 11/11/25. Nice of you to reply to this review 9 months later.
I won’t be wasting my time sending you any order details as I have done this no less than 3 times already and you do absolutely nothing but lie about resolving the issue.
You don’t value customers at all and just want to sell your rubbish products.

Sham company

Awful. Shipped two balls that were the wrong size, and after promising replacements, stopped responding all together. No refund offered either. Now I'm stuck with two useless balls and out $100.

Please look elsewhere and don't fall for the fake reviews on their website. They guarantee nothing, and you are on your own with no hope of a refund if you have any problem

Terrible

Same story as everyone else. Failed to deliver the product and unresponsive. The company has 4 alerts on the Better Business Bureau. Do not buy!

I wish I could give this no stars…

I wish I could give this no stars because the actual ball, the length of time to receive it and the customer service are all below sub par.
-The ball came in a month’s time (I was told a week)
-The tape around the ball was so tight that the ball was no longer round, it was mis-shappen. It didn't bounce up and down, it bounced sideways.
I reached out to customer service and they wanted a video and when I sent the video showing a ‘V shaped bounce”, they said “I'm pleased to inform you that if the ball is not damage we recommend pressing the ball firmly before use. This should improve its feel and responsiveness”.
I emailed that I wanted to return the ball and they gave me the address to return it. After the ball was delivered back to the warehouse, I sent them two emails to ask when I was being reimbursed, they have not responded.

Before I returned the ball, they responded within 24 hours, after I sent the product back they have been silent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t…

It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received the product. “Tracking” emails contain no information. I feel like this is a scam and I’m just out the money. Buyer Beware

Wish I had read these reviews before…

**Update - I reached out again, as requested in the reply, and received no response. Still no product or refund.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Same as others, I placed an order in December 2024 with their "expedited processing". It is now February 2025. I have not received the product or any indication of shipping. Chats with their customer service and/or bots lead to nowhere. They refuse to refund but also have yet to send the product.

I do NOT recommend this company

I do NOT recommend this company. I ordered a ball and a hoop for Christmas presents on November 30, 2024. It is February 1, 2025 and I still do not have my order. They claim it was delivered on January 4, but it was not delivered. So they told me they would ship me another one. It has been another month and still nothing. The customer service is a nightmare and feels like you’re emailing a bot. They keep telling me they had a big influx in orders so it’s taking a long time.

Don't buy this!

I absolutely hated my experience with Quiet Bounce. Do not recommend to anyone!

On their website, they state that the product will be processed in 1-2 business days. Here we are, 32 business days later and it still hasn't shipped from their location.

They also claim proudly on the website to be the only silent ball to "not ship from China", and then they proceeded to give me a China Post tracking number for my package (which doesn't work because the package still hasn't ship to this day).

Last but not least, their costumer service has got to be one of the most mediocre interaction I've ever had with someone who was supposed to be helpful to me. That's right, I'm talking to you Julie. I contacted her many times and each time was a disappointment.

The first time, she didn't even bother to look at the order number I provided her. She sent me an automatic email apologizing for the delays caused by Canada Post even though the strike was lifted before I even ordered. And mind you, my order wasn't even processed when she blamed everything on the carrier. I asked her more than 3 times to provide me with an estimated time frame and my request was ignored every time until she just stopped answering my emails.

Don't lose your time or money on this company. I usually encourage small businesses but on this one, just go with Amazon.

This is a scam , ordered over 2 months ago and still don’t have. Bunch of BS emails saying it shipped or delayed. Stay clear !!!!

BIGGEST Scam do not order - 1 year later no ball, stay away from this you will lose your money

Horrible

I ordered on December 18, 2024 and have not received my order as of January 23, 2025. I have sent several emails asking where is my order and only get an automated email sent back with no information about where is my order. After reading other reviews I guess if I do receive my order it will be junk!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, their product is not what is advertised. Not only is it a cheap item, it came packaged so badly the ball was not round when opened. I’ve been going back and forth for over a month now trying to get a refund and they just keep giving me the run around. Save yourself the headache.
