This company has charged my credit card…

This company has charged my credit card with $29.99 for 6 months after I already paid for the ball. How can I make them stop. This company is a total sham. My credit card company tells me it's happening to a lot of customers.

Pretty disappointing

Pretty disappointing to pay over $250 AUD and receive the items in the state they were in. The boxes completely trashed, the mat discoloured and not to mentioned the bundle came in three seperate deliveries.
I thought I was getting something from the states but it clearly came from china. If I can insert photos, I will because I wouldn’t recommend for the price point. It’s a foam ball and a mat. Not sure how it can be valued at $125+ aud

BUYER BEWARE

Nothing wrong with the product - basketball operates as advertised and was delivered about 3 weeks after ordered.
HOWEVER… beware of the ongoing charges for “app subscription”. I expressly unchecked this option in checkout, yet was charged anyway. I never received access to an app or was notified of the subscription. Their customer service when I tried to get the money refunded is appalling and deliberately obfuscating. The responses to my emails look like they are written by a very early version of AI that is still learning the basics of the English language.

I would rate this company zero if…

I would rate this company zero if allowed. I ordered last december 2024 worth 90 usd including shipping priority so I can give the items as christmas gifts for my kids. After countless email complaints to their support team, no products received until now. They said they will replace the items because it got lost in tge sgipment but still didn't receive any of it until today(June 21,2025)

Watch out for the subscription add on at checkout!

The ball is smaller than a size six and has poor grip, not to mention its basically a giant foam ball....there's no reason for the hefty price tag. I feel like I've been duped by clever marketing. That said, it is the right weight abd bounce so fit for purpose. However, the main gripe I have is that they attempted to charge me $29.99 3 weeks after I bought it. Oh, and the final thing, it explicitly says it does not Ship from China 'like replica brands'. This is a lie it literally comes from china, its on the packaging and on the tracking information. These balls are probs the same as any other you could pick up for $2 online. Don't waste your money- try a cheap one first so you're not disappointed when a $50 ball of foam from China lands on your doorstep.
Update: Company has been very responsive and cancelled the recurring payment. Apparently there is a check box during the checkout process that signs you up to a $30pm subscription to thier VIP app.
If you choose to buy one, use the guest checkout so you don't get signed up.

Never received product.

I ordered 3 quiet bounce basketballs in Nov. 2024 for my grandchildren for Christmas. My credit card was charged but i never received the balls. I have emailed numerous times to get credit or just send me the basketballs. I only receive generated emails saying they are looking into it. This is a BAD company with no customer service at all. I would NEVER recommend ordering from this company. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM QUIET BOUNCE

You will never be able to talk to a live person if you have any type of problem. Do not buy from this company, you will definitely regret it. I have been waiting for my refund for 5 months. They have the returned basketball. It was sent back in January 2024

IT'S A SCAM

IT'S A SCAM, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! We ordered a basketball on Dec 7th 2024, fast forward 6 months and we still do not have it. We have reached out 5 times to try and get this resolved with no response. DO NOT TRUST THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS, THIS IS A VERY ELABORATE SCAM...

We just received the response below to our initial review. It has been almost a year since ordering and we have still not received the basketball nor a refund. I am astonished they are still operating and I hope no one else ever orders from them. Please help stop these shady companies!

I promise you that any positive reviews you read on quiet bounce. Basketball are absolutely fake. There is nothing real about this company. They have no inventory and all they do is take your money. Even their phone number has been disconnected. I have been in a email letter writing campaign for six months And every reply is that they will review and get back to me. No one has ever gotten back to me to address the issue of not receiving what I paid for. I might as well have thrown $100 up into the wind. I’m just warning anybody who reads this do not Trust the quiet bounce company.

If I could give a 0 star k would..Beware when ordering from this company ordered 2 ball in December of 2023 and I never received them. I have been sending the Comany emails and there is an auto reply stating:

Falls apart in a couple months!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought this ball at Christmas to gift my son. He has played it intermittently indoors on a smooth hardwood floor but after 3 months only, it's in tatters. The product will not last and the grippy covering flakes away, leaving a crumbly foam ball underneath. I had hoped for more TBH. I wrote to the company but they don't care, their warranty only covers 30 days, which seems to be about as long as this product will last in good condition.

I am deeply disappointed with this…

I am deeply disappointed with this experience. My order, placed on December 12th for a ball and net intended as a Christmas gift for my nephew, has never arrived. The lack of reliable customer service has made this situation even worse. The phone number provided is non-functional, and all communication has been restricted to email, where responses have been unhelpful and inconsistent. Despite being informed that my order was 'ready to ship' on January 12th, I have received no updates since, and my follow-up emails are now being ignored entirely. This has been an absolutely terrible experience from start to .... would be finish if the ball would ever turn up...

Cheap basketball is the exact same one…

Their basketball is the exact same one I bought from Temu for 12$ . They say they don’t ship from China but when tracking mine it was shipped from China. It had no emblem on it and did not come shipped in a box. So cheap!! Tried to cancel my order twice before it shipped with no response. Beware any company that does not have a phone number. The customer reviews on their sight are all fake, everyone posts their pictures and gives it 5 stars.
