I’m a kid and my parents bought me this for Xmas and it looks pretty good when I got it because of all the drills you can do with it but it turns out you only get 10 basic drills before you have to pay $30 a month just to do some advanced drills. And now I’m hearing that everyone is saying that they charge you straight away without you knowing, don’t know the details cause I’m not the one paying the bills. Overall avoid this product at all costs!!

I never got this product. Billing and Shipping addresses switched at time of order. I contacted support immediately and they said order was already shipped. Impossible.

Would not recommend

BEWARE. QuietBounce is a SCAM.
Do not recommend. Consistent with other reviews, charged in USD, unauthorised subscription and poor customer service post POS. Purchased for xmas within the guaranteed delivery dates. It’s now 3 January and items have still not been received. Last tracking update was 24 Dec.
I was also unknowingly signed up to the monthly subscription without my authorisation or permission. Despite the company’s responses to my and other customers reviews, this unauthorised subscription does not appear in the checkout and no such confirmation email was ever received. Following the cancellation of the unauthorised subscription, Quiet Bounce still proceeded to charge me the full monthly subscription fee of USD29.99. This is despite the billing date for the subscription being 8 Jan (being 1 month following purchase date) and my order still not being received. Despite their apologetic offers below for me to email my concerns to them directly, Quiet Bounce have ignored all email requests seeking a refund.

Importantly, please note Quiet Bounce’s below responses to this review are an exact cut and paste to other customer reviews. To reiterate, their response is also inaccurate. Despite their false representations, I confirm there is no information at checkout regarding the subscription. Quiet Bounce continue to try and explain how the subscription works, and continue to apologise for this process not being clear, yet Quiet Bounce have made no changes to their checkout to ensure future customers are not deceived. If Quiet Bounce were genuine in their apologies, they would change their apparent subscription process to make it clearer. But they haven’t, hence why so many customers have been subscribed without their knowledge or permission and continue to be deceived in the same way. Do not trust the responses below.

I have also contacted Quiet Bounce’s customer service numerous times regarding my order and the poor customer service experience before posting this review. Unfortunately they have chosen to respond to this review first instead of my emails.

DON’T BUY from them and become another…

DON’T BUY from them and become another Victim. These guys sell low quality gear like balls and training mats. Order and didn’t receive items for over a month. They had the price in AU dollars and charged you in US dollars. They Scam you by automatically set you up for the app that charges you $29.99 US dollars which doesn’t work, the videos are always buffering and never plays. Don’t fall for it.

Disappointed!

I wish I could give no stars! What a rip off! The product is of poor quality- seriously, just get a silent ball off temu for a fraction of the price. The only reason we bought THIS product was to use the app. Well, to my surprise, there was a charge for $29 USD taken from ma account a few weeks after the purchase. You have to pay to use the app! It is not part and parcel of what you buy. False advertising! I should have read these reviews as the ones on FB are obviously fake!

This company can gargle my Q-balls

Same as everyone else. Ball is fine, but I got hit with the sneaky 30 usd MONTHLY subscription charge. 30 bucks a month to learn the art of bouncing a foam ball on a black plastic mat that smells like ass and arrived in the most unceremoniously lazy packing I’ve ever seen from a so-called “legit” company. The ball might be quiet but nobody who’s been ripped off by them should be.

Also got stung with the hidden subscription fee, luckily my bank picked it up the suspicious charge and asked me to confirm it before it was authorised - thanks NAB for saving me money!
Still haven’t received the original order from over a month ago - so no Christmas present and now a locked credit card ahead of Christmas. Do not engage with this SCAM company.

Update**29.99 US$ app subscription

I was charged 29.99$ US dollars and I have no idea why!.. soooo frustrating..
I guess I should have read more about this company before I ordered. Very disappointed.. I do not recommend. I have sent an email to get a refund for my 29.99$ US, we’ll See if I ever get that back.
I am also very disappointed with the quality of this product. Not at ALL what we expected.

Update: Very frustrated with the sneaky app subscription and how hard it is to cancel.

BUT….
Now that I have cooled off about the 29.99$ US charge.. (which I don’t think I’ll be getting back, and still not sure if it got cancelled…)
I sat with the product and would like to revoke my negative comment about it. I tested it out and I actually think it is pretty good and will be fun for the kids to practice indoors.
I did receive the product pretty quickly and it did come in time for Xmas which they guaranteed at time of order.
They replied to my review quickly, which I appreciate.
To be fair I updated from 1 star to 3 star based on product quality, delivery and quick response time.
There needs to be more transparency in regard to the app subscription (it’s basically a trap) and it should not be this difficult to cancel if accidentally subscribed.

SCAM-Do not deal with this company

SCAM-Do not deal with this company. I purchased from Australia and the cost was shown in AUD. However, it charged my account in USD. I contacted customer service and twice they offered a discount if I wished to proceed with the order, otherwise they said they would cancel my order and refund in full. Since then, I haven't heard anything further, nor received my refund, in fact they are now charging me a monthly fee. After contacting a further two times since, I have had no response. I haven't received the product (which I don't want), nor my refund, which I was told would be processed. Do not deal with this company!!

**BUYER BEWARE**



**BUYER BEWARE** I purchased this in Australia and it showed AUD then took USD out of my bank. I then requested to cancel and have them refund the money (which they guarantee 30 day money back) to which they then shipped the product after my request. I have been trying to get the returns details for over 2 weeks and now they have stopped responding. They also added on a monthly subscription which I di6snt sign up for and have cancelled that but not refunded the subscription price. Do not buy from this company.

I won’t comment on the mat, but the $29.99 monthly fee is crazy. I’ve read all the reviews below and still can’t find how to cancel the subscription through either the website or the app.

This is not a good way to run a business, even if you have a good product.

Edit. I have found the way to cancel the membership, you need to Google how to cancel quietbounce subscriptions, then you will see the link and follow th steps.

Waiting for my refund still!!!! Do not order from this company!!

Order# 87397 Do not order from this company!!! I ordered before reading the reviews! I then cancelled less than 12 hours later and per their policy a full refund must be given. I also cancelled as the money was USD not Aus dollar as I was lend to believe! They cancelled my order quickly, but it is now almost a month later and I still have not received my Aus $264.82 (USD 169.99) refund!! I have contacted them many times and they just state it has been put into my account and send the same company receipt that they refunded the money but no bank proof of a transaction! I have spent hours on the phone to my bank on hold and discussing this transaction but each time I am told there is has been NO money from this company or the above amount put into my account!!

Once that you place an order, that is the end of it. The payment goes through immediately, and then your contact ends.
They only have an e-mail address, and, after you get a reference number, your contact is done. There will be no responses from them.
THERE IS NO OTHER MEANS TO CONTACT THEM. THEY DO NOT SUPPLY ANY CONTACT ADDRESSES.
If you "unknowingly" sign for their monthly bulletins, then you really have a problem. They have your billing information and "good luck" stopping them.
They claim to offer "FREE SHIPPING" anywhere around the world. Of course they do: where do they ship from? Where are they located?
I fell for this, because their website was very professional and interesting. Now I know what P.T. Barnum meant when he said: THERE IS A SUCKER BORN EVERY DAY! I guess today it is me!
If they correct my situation, I will readily update this letter.

AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW:
I ""finally" received a credit back to my payment provider, today, December 16, 2025.
I stand by my warning, though. If someone wants to order a product, on-line: if the advertisement does not show a legitimate address, along with a telephone contact number and an e-mail address, to allow contact with the seller, then DON'T DO IT!
This has proven, to me, to be a very frustrating situation.

Order#84798 still not here after over 2 months. ZERO support!...

Order#84798.... This is the second review now on here I have had to post because the last review that you were very apologetic for, told me to contact the same useless support team email that has ignored the situation and gotten me absolutely no where for the past 2 months.. I just want my money back now!!! I am sick of dealing with this and getting no where. I missed my sons birthday and had to purchase another present it looks like I will be missing Xmas too and will need to purchase something else. This isn't an Auspost issue as you continuously tell me as they have not recieved any info to pick it up from YOUR shipping agent from the US. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT by refunding my money. I have wasted my time for over 2 months now with countless emails.

If this is the owner responding to these Trust Pilot reviews, I would strongly suggest changing your support team before you go under from your poor reviews online because of them........

17/12/25- A WEEK LATER AND STILL WAITING FOR AN UPDATE EMAIL WITH NOTHING!!! This is getting out of hand. Why reply to these complaints on here but not follow up the issue?

Dont do it

When the order is placed its quoted in Australian dollars, only for them to take it out in USD. That was the first thing. Then to find out its not coming from Australia that made it worse. I asked how can you advertise one thing and its not even close to the truth.
THIS IS A BIG SCAM please stay away from this company. They should have a -50 star rating
You should be a shame of your company. Legal action needs to be taken against people like you to stop ripping people off 🖕🖕🤬🤬🤬

Hidden membership charge

I too was caught with hidden membership charge which is NZ $60monthly. Thankfully noticed first month in. Trying to cancel now and see many people caught with this charge. I did not see the membership anywhere when checking out on my order!
