Terrible customer service experience
Echoing other negative reviews here I found the rep Jay to be extremely unprofessional and passive aggressive in his responses right away.
It is the first time experiencing such a poor level of customer care from a B2B for what were quite valid questions as a new buyer.
For example, the order is generated without estimated shipping details so on your first time it is easy to accidentally place an order if you are trying to check total shipping costs. Though I was happy to proceed the rep responded in a way that was condescending and started to screenshot parts of his site to show that I had confirmed the order and imply that I was stupid (on other sites usually they will give you estimated shipping before final confirmation.)
The site offered a small coupon for first orders which I remember adding to my order. After it went through the coupon disappeared and when asked about it the rep simply said I had made a mistake and would no longer honour it. Better not to offer it in the first place if this is how you operate?
In summary, I found this site scammy because you do not know the full costs of what you order upfront like other sites and especially due to the abnormally abusive communication behaviour of the rep.

Received my first order with them. Had to wait for about a month before they ship off my order, probably because of back order. Other than that, everything arrived in no time after they ship it off and arrived safely with no damage. Easy ordering experience and would order again.
