I requested documentation, but Peacock Beauty Wholesale never provided invoices or supply chain documentation. Furthermore, the products are counterfeit, not genuine. Once received, they cannot be returned.

The website was under maintenance for only two days, but it is now fully functional and working fine.
The shopping experience is good, their website is good, their way of buying is easy, their WhatsApp support is good too.
The problem is that they send you the product and they don't make sure it arrives. They sent it to me via Fedex, they listed the shipment as delivered, but they never delivered it to me. I ask them to please make a claim with Fedex, they tell me yes, it will take 2 weeks for them to give me a refund, and those 2 weeks have already passed and they haven't given me my money back. I'm here, waiting for this company to return my funds, and I will buy from them again to find out if they really comply or not. At the moment they don't give me a solution or an answer.
Fedex says it delivered, but it didn't do so at the address we gave it. There is no help from this company, it ships and if Fedex delivers anywhere and says "delivered" the problem is yours and there are no solutions.
