I’m Hammad Anwar, owner of Hammad Anwar LLC.

I ordered from Q-depot for my Amazon business, but it caused big problems. When my inventory arrived, Amazon deactivated my account because the UPC codes didn’t match.

I asked Q-depot for proof like a Letter of Authorization or Certificate of Origin, but they only gave me the invoice and then stopped responding. Communication became slow and sometimes rude.

It’s been over two months, and my account is still blocked. I lost time and money because they didn’t provide proper documents or support.

If they really work with the brand, giving basic proof shouldn’t be hard. I warn other sellers to be very careful with Q-depot. I’ve also reported this to Korean trade groups.

I don’t recommend Q-depot to anyone serious about selling on Amazon.

They sold replica products. When i ask for return they simply deny and stop responding and even start ignoring my massages. They don't have LOA, supply chain documents etc.

Stay away and Be aware of them

I am the Sales Manager at Q-depot and replying to the below review by Marwan. Firstly, you can see there is only one Review as this guy created a fake review portal while our genuine review portal is different. (Simply google, Q-depot Trustpilot Reviews) and you will find it. Everyone can go and read what customers say about us.

Secondly, this guy never purchased anything from us. If he did, let's see if he can provide us with his order #. I have checked thoroughly he didn't purchase from us. The reason he left this review is that we do not entertain his inquiries as he was asking us to help him get approval to sell on Amazon which is indeed not part of our service. Out of frustration, he wrote this.

They sent me replica products and when I contacted them to return those replica product, they simply deny my request and told that they do not accept returns. Stay away from them.
