The puzzle was nice but it was not what I order their system did not save the changes how I wanted and it showed that all the way up until I set the payment the at the end it rearrange my photo selection - they are strict about not changing it and you’ll need to buy a new one if it’s wrong so be mindful I emailed them immediately and they said it was already printed which was not true they also had my mailing address incorrect which was another process to contact ups for a change …

I received a puzzle as a gift from my daughter. I do a lot of puzzles and found this one to be of a very high quality both in it's construction and it's design. The picture of Colorado is absolutely perfect!

When I realized I had lost a piece, I contacted the company by email. I received a reply the same day that I sent my inquiry - and it was a Saturday! They had a solution to my missing piece at no cost to me. No questions, no back and forth. Just amazing customer service! I highly recommend puzzleYou!!

I found puzzleyou's product to be of excellent quality. The packaging was perfect and the puzzle pieces of excellent quality. The customer service was the best I have ever encountered. I would definitely use them again.

I ordered 3 puzzles (1000 pieces each) and loved each one. The quality was excellent! I was missing a piece on one puzzle - easily could have lost myself. I contacted the company because I wanted to see if they could print one piece because it was a solid color. Instead, I’m being sent a new puzzle. I highly recommend this company!

The puzzle is very well made, beautiful colors, they let you see how the image will look. My wife was very happy, thank you....

Very quick service and nice image quality. The problem is that many, many pieces came out of the box stuck together because the cut didn't go through the backing paper. When we tried to separate the pieces, the paper tore off. Basically, this 1000 piece puzzle only has about 500 pieces because half of them are already connected and can't easily be taken apart.

We received as a gift. Picture just so so on quality. Terrible chemical odor that did not go away until we were finished. We constantly are doing puzzles and never had an odor last this long.

I emailed them with a question about my puzzle AND an idea for an upsell to their customers. The replies I received were passive aggressive and rude. I have not opened the puzzle I ordered because it is a gift, but the picture quality on the box is terrible and they don't include a picture inside (that is the question that I wrote them about). Don't order from them!

The 200 piece puzzle was the first time my 7 year old granddaughter was met with such a challenge. It was a picture of the two of us after we completed an old puzzle of hers. We did the new puzzle together. She was much better at it than I. After completing it, I got the tightest, warmest hug EVER!

For anyone out there who enjoys jigsaw puzzles and might be looking to have a custom one made, I highly recommend PuzzleYou. Their prices are reasonable. The quality of their product is first-rate. Our order was delivered on time and as promised. We had but one small issue: One of the photos that made up the puzzle left maybe a quarter of an inch between the top of my husband’s head and the edge of the picture. The puzzle, when completed, didn't include that space and cut off the tippy top of Vinny's hair. Not a huge deal, but the puzzle had been a First Anniversary gift to my husband. So three months after they’d shipped it, I expressed our disappointment to the company that we would not be able to frame it. Without my requesting one, and with no questions asked, PuzzleYou sent us an adjusted second puzzle in less than a week. Excellent customer service: It's a wonderful thing.

Horrible customer service and ignorant people who deal with any issues. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THE NUT JOB WHO HANDLES THEIR COMPLAINTS.

Very disappointed in this company! I ordered two puzzles for my daughter’s birthday and they were mailed to the wrong address. I contacted Puzzleyou and they blamed it on UPS. When I called UPS… They said they were given the wrong address. The company never tried to make it right. They even sent me a copy of the address that I gave them and it was correct with the apartment number on the second line. They addressed it using the apartment number as the street address. The girl in customer service told me I needed to adjust my attitude when I asked how they were going to help me I just want the puzzles I paid for in full!

I use this company every year for our anniversary and I absolutely love it. The puzzles are always fantastic and the quality is spot on:) I might be a little bias because it’s made in Williamsport pa where I grew up but I didn’t know that when I started using them!

Extremely fast shipping, excellent quality pieces that are thick, printed well and seem to be unique shapes.

To all the 1-star reviews who uploaded low-res, or poorly cropped images: you need to do your own quality check! The tools on the website make it almost impossible to mess up.

Also, you will pay duty charges in Canada. It's clearly listed on site.

I was very careful about securing the PERFECT image for the puzzle. I made sure I cropped and crimped the image to perfection. The resolution was given 5 stars. I used my iPad to take a beautiful photo and uploaded it. I saved the image and applied it. What da you know?
When I received the box of puzzle pieces—-unecessary data like the time stamp, screenshot information, date I took the photo was ALL part of the image! I was so OUTDONE! I will NEVER use them again! They were cheaper than the company I have used in the past and I thought I was getting a good deal. Goes to show you:

We bought a 50$ puzzle and were charged 25$ in fees by UPS. There was never any mention of this throughout the order, and they never even sent an invoice or an order confirmation.

They refuse to reimburse anything.

Do not buy.

Best Customer Service ever! I bought a custom puzzle with my family's picture in it for Christmas. When put it together noticed, one piece was missing. I contacted the company by email, told them that a piece was missing, AND also told them about a mistake that I had made when typing the date on the face of the puzzle and another error that had happened when puzzle was made. They responded quickly, made all corrections and sent me a new perfect identical puzzle!! Thank you for the excellent customer service!!!

Created and gave this puzzleYOU puzzle to my wife for Christmas. I'm a web developer and designer (so plenty or graphics experience). Their website puzzle creator was pretty poor and lacking. I create my image via Photoshop instead. Anyway, that was not the problem. My wife who does most 1000 pieces puzzles in 2 or 3 weeks (about 20 hours) spent two weeks and could not even get the frame done. To many piece fit perfectly together but did no go together (yeah, one of those). Wasted $30 (with shipping), plus time and frustration.

I bought the X-large for my wife for Christmas. She loved it. might have been her favorite gift. it was a collage of 12 pics of our kids and grandkids. the picture quality was excellent. better than I thought it would be. I used high Rez photos and edited them to enhance before putting into puzzle. quality of the cardboard and cutting also good. the larger size made it easier to see the details in each photo since they didn't have to be so small. website was easy to use.
