The puzzle was perfect, and the packaging displaying was also fantastic , but the box it came in could have been smaller, less shipping cost for yourselves, other than that all great thank you!!

Everything about this transaction was excellent. From the selection, to the price, to the reasonable shipping, and finally to the product itself. My wife loved it.

The website image editor was a little funky, but once it went through, it arrived fast, it’s beautiful and ok quality. We did the puzzle the day it was opened and seems like it’s gonna have some life in it.

The puzzle turned out great and we had a lot of fun getting to put together one of our favorite designs. We were missing two pieces but had the puzzle out and were working on it for a week so our cat may have stolen some.

I used a picture from my phone and the ordering process said it was only a 4-star picture so I sent it in to the company and they adjusted it so it was a 5-star picture for me to use for my puzzle! Can’t wait to start it. I know the pieces and quality will be great as my daughter gets them from this company a lot.

This is a high quality puzzle, clean cardboard backing and clarity of the picture. We are super happy and would do this again.

Bought a custom 1000-piece puzzle using a collage of photos and it was so good that I made and bought a second one. The quality of the photos turned out perfectly and did not peel or fade off the pieces. The pieces also connected properly and was clear and obvious when it was the right piece (I had experience with other puzzles where all the pieces connected with each other). The custom box with the writing and photo on the front also turned out perfectly and was very useful when trying to construct the puzzle. 10/10 would buy from Venus puzzles again :)

As a positive point, I can mention that the process of ordering and receiving my custom puzzle was very fast and efficient, and the color quality is excellent. However, for some reason the pieces come apart very easily and do not stay together as they normally should. I have assembled many puzzles, and I feel I am struggling quite a bit with this one because of that.

The puzzle arrived 2 days before the estimated date which made it even easier to get it where it needed to go for Christmas. As always the quality was excellent.
