Lydia (mortgage advisor) brilliant
We have just had a mortgage appointment over the telephone with mortgage advisor Lydia Fallows,
Lydia was fantastic, she answered all mine and my partners questions with ease. Although over the phone,it felt like we were in a room together which was great.
Everything was explained thoroughly and Lydia definitely had our best interest prioritised throughout the whole call.
We can’t wait to continue our process with Lydia as our mortgage advisor!

Nothing is too much trouble
I dealt with Angela and Ajay, both of whom were very helpful and explained everything really clearly.
I had a rate secured but then was able to change it as the interest rate had come down.
I had questions along the way which were answered quickly and in full.
I was then contacted on the day of the product transfer to check everything was ok.
