On behalf of my husband. They stop taking the payments from my account. Then months later turned it on my by demanding full payment. This all happened when my dad was having cancer treatment. Unfortunately I didn't realise due to caring for him inbetween working. They don't give a damn and proceeded to add 58% interest until fully paid. Organised a loan to pay then in full and they go and put a caveat on the house halting the very payment that was to pay them. Absolute a$$&holes.

I recently completed a loan with Prospa and would like to give a huge shout out to my Account Manager, Arthur Lock. He was proficient, professional and courteous throughout the entire lending process.

Arthur helped streamline every step, explaining the requirements clearly and ensuring everything progressed smoothly. When an anomaly arose involving an old Trust that had been incorrectly named and, unexpectedly, had an ACN attached to it, the searches kept returning an error. I had no idea this issue even existed, but Arthur took immediate control of the situation.

His solution-orientated approach, attention to detail and determination were exceptional. He recognised that the problem stemmed from an ASIC data entry error and resolved the search issue internally so my application could proceed. He even advised me to follow up with ASIC to ensure the incorrect record does not cause problems in the future. I am genuinely grateful for the extra effort and care he showed.

I was also impressed with how easy it was to sign the contract through DocuSign and how quickly the funds were processed once everything was finalised. The entire experience was fast, seamless and extremely professional.
