Had a minor disaster when I entered the wrong delivery address on an order, but Abdul saved the day.

He dealt with the issue quickly, efficiently, and made updating the address completely hassle-free.

Absolutely terrible experience with Premier Delivery. They simply left my deliveries outside and drove off without helping.

I was left to struggle with the deliveries and had to rely on passers-by to assist me. This was completely unacceptable and not the level of service I expected. I have never experienced such poor delivery service. Very disappointing!

Changed delivery date twice, would only deliver on one day of the week to my address.

I found the customer service extremely rude and unhelpful. I was passed on to a supervisor, but the supervisor had no understanding of the conversation or the issue I was trying to resolve. She then suggested that I was confused, which I found very dismissive and unprofessional.

They also made the process of arranging a delivery slot unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the experience was very frustrating, and I would expect much better communication and customer service.

I made an order yesterday and spoke to a man called Abdul who has been very polite friendly and helpful I couldn’t ask for better service and would recommend this company to anyone, thank you for all of your help and keeping me updated with the delivery i will be buying again from you in the future thank you

Laiba from customer service was so helpful when I contacted them. She sorted out a small issue due to me no realising I had given an unused email address! Once I paid my extra delivery charge my bed was delivered a few days later. Excellent, friendly service and the delivery driver was very helpful and nice. Won't hesitate to use this service in the future.

Amazing! They call the day before to confirm your delivery time slot mine was 3-7pm and came at 3:40pm! you can live track them so you know roughly when they will be arriving, the delivery guy was amazing! told me that’s one of them was heavy so helped a lot! Fast and efficient delivery company!

Really impressed with the service from Premier Deliveries. From the communication beforehand right through to the delivery, everything was handled really well and made the whole process completely stress-free.

I’d especially like to mention Laiba from customer service, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. She kept me informed and was always happy to help whenever I had any questions. The customer service was genuinely excellent.

The delivery itself was also brilliant. Gursanjog Singh, the driver, was extremely polite, helpful and professional. He made sure everything went smoothly and was really pleasant throughout the delivery.

Overall, I couldn’t fault the service I received. It’s not often you get such a good experience from both customer service and the delivery driver, so I wanted to take the time to leave a review. A huge thank you to Laiba and Gursanjog for making everything so easy. I would definitely recommend Premier Deliveries.

Courier was very rude.
He got some cobwebs on himself coming through my front door, rudely complained and asked me for tissue which he snatched out of my hand with no thank you.
Not impressed at all.

Could not praise this company enough, phone call about delivery date, phone call the day before delivery, within the time given, the guys was amazing, would 100% use them again if need to. Very very happy with the service.

Kash and Mo worked as a great team. Very professional, friendly and helpful.
Have had the company deliver Cox +Cox furniture before and I cannot fault the speedy service and furniture handling with care.
