It took a little time to organise the appointment and to get the quote, but from that point the communication was great. Both engineers who visited were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They discussed different approaches and identified some additional ways to improve the heating system. Recommended.

Excellent service. Trustworthy and punctual.

We’ve used Polkadot a few times and generally it’s 5*. Our latest shower fix took a few visits to get right (I have taken off a * for that) but Polkadot were extremely responsive with every repeat visit request and very reasonable with not charging us for remedy work. Our shower has ended up back in perfect working order and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Polkadot again.

I have been using this conpany for a number of years and my 2 sons are now on board as well. This company is nothing but professional and diligent. Over the years they have done an excellent job from servicing to changing my heating system. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have used Polkadot plumbers a few times now and they are always quick, professional and effective. This time we had an underfloor heating pump that stopped working and the plumber quickly diagnosed the issue, bought a new pump and installed it. All was done within 1.5 hours. He was also thorough in checking the rest of the system, bleeding radiators etc to make sure everything was in working order before he left. Finally, he was clear in communication and polite, for instance also taking his shoes off in the house. Would thoroughly recommend!
