I recently had Jon Parker from Polkadot Plumbers come to my home to unblock a clogged sink drain. He was professional, punctual, and resolved the issue efficiently. While he was here, he also noticed our tap was broken and kindly volunteered to fix that as well, which was extremely helpful. I’m very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend Polkadot Plumbers to others.

Polka dot were polite courteous tidy and finished on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.

Our kitchen tap was replaced very quickly and efficiently by Adelaide, who arrived on time and did the job within the hour. Would happily use Polkadot Plumbers again. Though I did have to chase them for the job report/final invoice, possibly because I'd booked and paid for the job some weeks in advance of the mutually convenient appointment date.

Plumber was 3 hours late.
Although charming and efficient on arrival a courtesy call to inform me of his late arrival would have been appreciated as I was stuck in the flat on a beautiful day with. 9 month baby.

I’ve stopped using this company as they aren’t as good as they used to be. Previously we got them in for all our plumbing needs but the last few times I’ve needed them they have been expensive, difficult to communicate with and haven’t solved the problem. We had a bathroom leak that they spent ages investigating but never actually solved the problem. They also made a large hole in the ceiling of the room below the leak without telling us this would happen. Result was we spent a lot of money without having any solution and the leak was still happening. In the end we found another plumber who solved the problem in a quarter of the time and the price. Really disappointing as I used to find them reliable.

I highly rate Polkadot plumbers they are my go to for plumbing and now electrical jobs. We had a problem with our heating before christmas which has resulted in a new boiler being put in. James did an excellent job he was very knowledgable, explained everything and did the job quickly and efficiently and came back to sort out a few teething problems promptly. He even managed to get an old window seat radiator working after 10 years. all my experiences with polkadot pumbers have been excellent and I have used them for the past couple of years. I highly recommend them.

Our heating had an error so no hot water - we had an appointment within 24 hours. The engineer couldn't access the property initially but came back later that afternoon and sorted the issue. Would highly recommend Polkadot to anyone.

Luke was astonishing. He diagnosed the problem super fast, was efficient, courteous, and a total joy. The best plumber we’ve ever been lucky enough to have the benefit of! Couldn’t recommend him and the company more highly.
