We have asked now for 2 weeks to return…

We have asked now for 2 weeks to return goods and each time we are met with another process.... we are awaiting a collection label to return the goods supplied. To date since returning yet another e mail for them to say we will be in touch with you.

They’ve sent it by FedEx & won’t let me leave delivery instructions.
