Stair rods
Super fast delivery, can't really do better than next day. Product is amazing, really well made. Why didn't I find these years ago. The stair rods hold the stair dust sheet in place without slipping making working on the staircase really easy and stress free as you know nothing will get the carpet dirty. Really pleased.

Good value, slow delivery

Just to add some context, your order was for a small set of fibre washers with a very low order value, which meant it was sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, as outlined at checkout. As the order was placed after the cut-off on Friday afternoon, it was dispatched as expected on Monday. Unfortunately, once an item is with the courier, there’s only so much we can do.
That said, we’ll be reviewing this postage method. Two weeks is certainly longer than we’d ever want our customers to experience.

Two pumps,both leaked
I bought the combined automatic and manual pumps. Both leaked from where the motor body attaches to the valve body
Both were replaced promptly and work fine, but I had to replumb the tap temporarily and explain the situation to the customer, then return to complete the job. Not a good start for the first-time I've used the product.

Adjustable stair rods
Very good delivery time.
Only issue /suggestion is that the springs inside bars could do with being stronger to stop movement of bars on stairs.
