I originally bought a De Longhi portable airconditioner in April from this company. It was delivered quickly but I only got to use it during the late May heatwave and unfortunately it was faulty. When I called De Longhi, they said that there is no warranty for their air conditioners! I was shocked and worried, because it had been an expensive investment for what I believed to be a high quality product. But although it had been over 30 days since I had received the airconditioner, QBIC Heating customer service arranged the collection of the faulty machine and a like for like replacement very efficiently. I now have a new machine which works well in the June heatwave. So I would recommend this company. The replacement was completely free of charge to myself.

Just received my fire it looks good very good service 👌 delivery a bit late but got there in the end

The fire came on time when it was supposed to we unpacked it and realise that the fake log on top were all smashed so phone the company explained what we found she asked for a picture to be sent by email which we did we are still waiting for a response

But i couldnt find the fittings they said to use !! All female tee pipe !!
Doesnt exist !!

Excellent on time and as ordered,used for heating under bay window in bedroom to try and elliminate condensation, on a timer for early evening and a couple hrs early morning, very successful so thanks for a good product and service.

The fire is now keeping my living room warm and comfortable, however we had to wait 8 days without a fire during which time the brass model we had ordered was discontinued so ŵe went for the black model and as s I said is doing a good job.
The delivery was on time and the driver cheerful and helpful.
