Spoke to Lilly this morning and she was…

Spoke to Lilly this morning and she was absolutely so professional and helpful. She comforted me whilst I had a small cry talking about the recent passing of my husband.
Lilly was so wonderful to speak to and could have spoke to her all day.
Lovely lady and and asset Phillips & Cohen.

I have recently lost my husband and it…

I have recently lost my husband and it has been overwhelming closing accounts with various different companies. This lady phoned me and took care of it very quickly and professionally for me.
I have found it very difficult making the phone calls myself qnd explaining that he has died. She already knew- so I didn't have to go through that at all and I am extremely grateful.

Kind and Understanding a credit to the company

The gentleman I spoke with was so kind and understanding. I’ve just lost my husband and I’m feel so lost and he asked questions and took his time reassuring me that I will get there but at my pace and he was patient. A credit to your company I wish there was more kind people like him in he world

A very nice company to deal with.

I contacted this company after a family member passed. They were very professional, but also very sympathetic.
I was dreading dealing with the deceased persons financial affairs, but this company made it very easy. Jenny was brilliant, easy to talk to, and had empathy in bucket loads. Thank you.
