Lovely service

I called to discuss my late Mum’s account. Ellie made the process easy - she was friendly, helpful and asked only what she needed to know. Nothing invasive and then explained the next steps (in my case none). Thanks for making it easy.

Kind and helpful

I recently contacted P&C as I had to deal with my late mother's affairs. I spoke to a lovely lady named Donna who went through all the details with me. She helped me through the whole process and put me at ease. I wish everyone I'd dealt with had been as kind as her, I'm very grateful.

Matthew was kind

Matthew was kind, honest and sincere in his heartfelt condolences, Matthew was also very helpful.
The only reason it was not a 5 is nothing to do with Matthew, I had to tell e-on next 3 or 4 times that my father had passed, and they still kept chasing and harassing my dad!

Scamming for information

Our tenants received a letter from this Company saying I was dead and owed money to a Utility Company. The property is owned by husband and I have never had a Utility Bill at that address nor have I ever lived at that address.

There is however a legal family dispute with a sibling who is desperate to locate me. For various reasons its likely they are acting for this family member.

Basically they were scamming for information.

I am very much alive and well and living abroad.
