Lauren Kelly had great knowledge and communication throughout our transaction. She was always available to answer any questions and provide us with the guidance we needed as first time buyers. I had a complex vendor loan, connected sale, brand new SPV Ltd Company deal for 850K building at 75% LTV but the 25% remaining via vendor loan.

I arranged an appointment with Henry Darnell. Immediately, they understood the proposal and prepared a deck to go to market. Process was easy and they battled for the deal from the start.

They found me a deal, at a surprisingly great APR for a commercial property deal of this type @ 6.6%APR. Deal completed today - when I thought it was a long shot from the start.
