Kind and couteous

The gentleman Matt whom I spoke to was very kind and courteous, whilst giving me a complete run down of what happens and when with an estate in probate .

The lady whom helped me was, kind, informative, knowledgeable and helpful.

My Father passing away and balance on credit card

Donna called me and explained the reason for her call, also asked me questions to determine the outcome of my dad's credit card balance.
She explained everything very clearly to me and we both discussed issues surrounding my dad's passing away and my mums payments for funeral and I learnt a lot. She was very helpful and caring. Thank you.

Matt was very respectful and very professional

Matt was very respectful and understanding of my situation and helped me resolve my predicament with a positive and calming attitude. He explained everything clearly and understandable.
My problem was resolved very quickly and dealt with in a very professional manner.
