I ordered a T-shirt for my girl’s trip and I ordered a T-shirt with my dog’s name. I received 2 identical girl’s trip T-shirt. I reached out twice to have my order fixed and no one has responded. So I guess I’m now the owner of 2 identical T-shirts. I was not happy with the outcome. The T-shirt I did received was good though and I received compliments.

This was my first order with Personal84. I was so pleased with my order and how quickly I received it. Should another occasion arise for a personal gift I would certainly order from you again. Thankyou!

I did not receive my item as the carrier returned it for not having the full address. After multiple attempts to contact Personal84 regarding the issue in September and have yet to receive a reply.

I ordered a personalized wine tumbler fir a close friend of mine and shipped it directly to her as a surprise. When she received it she called and said how fantastic it looked and was very excited. Service was fast and shipping was right on time.

The cup was soon cute. I have people asking where did you get that.
It did take a bit longer than quoted. It was worth the wait.

These were made for my two sisters. The absolute best part of working with personal84 is their reaction. They were amazed at the level of detail and the truth in the message on the gifts.

The poster looks great. The only thing lacking was my name that I asked to be placed on the poster.

I ordered a iPhone case that displayed my Army unit and my rank in the service. I waited around six weeks for the item to arrive which had me frustrated. After all the waiting, the item finally arrived. I must say that I was happy with the product although it took so long to receive it. I cannot give Personal 84 five stars at this moment but I do think that three stars is fair.

I have written twice about a product I’m not happy with and didn’t even get a response. It’s been 2 months. Very unhappy.

Placed an order. It was messed up. You said I did it. I ordered same shirt and paid for it. YOU NEVER SEND IT OR REFUNDED MONEY. YOU PUT IT WAS DELIVERED AND HAD SAME TRACKING # AS FIRST ORDER. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF COULD

My order was made on August 28 and the item was received October 15th!! Didnt think it was coming!!!

I didn't get what I ordered. Sent two emails to customer service with no response. So I guess they don't care about the customers.

I ordered in July 2022 and was charged $105.00. Still have not received! Tried to track and get nothing. No phone number so I have sent 7 emails to their support line and 3 months later NOTHING!! Beware!! Very disappointed!!

If i could give ZERO stars i would. This joke of a company sent me someone else's item, and I have emailed them FOUR TIMES now and no response. They stole $30 for me and i now have a useless item that someone else probably ordered.

I have been happy with ALL of the many items that I have purchased from this site. All of the personalized requests were all correct, in lettering, icons, & images. I received all of the correct sizes, colors, & details on every item that I ordered. The prices were at market value, & sometimes below. It all came undamaged, & in a timely manner. I will order more from this site in the future.

I needed assistance regarding the status of my purchase. The representative was prompt and quickly resolved my issue. I received my order earlier than expected. Thank you.

I ordered 3 long sleeve shirts that turned out to be cheap sweatshirts. The detail on the cheap sweatshirts was also cheap.
