The product itself is okay but overpriced....but hey I wanted it so whatever. However what really burns me is that that have an email address and another way within the page to try to get ahold of someone about your product BUT THEY DO NOT RESPOND!!! I emailed numerous times as well as tried that thing within the page and I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE!! I think that is pretty crappy customer service right there and there is no phone number so trying to make a change to your order within their 2 hour time frame WILL NOT HAPPEN!!

I have tried to contact company 5 times. No reply!! I received someone else tumblers, not mine and the flag was sewn inside out. I really would like my order, but a refund if they can’t redo it or both!

Received Wrong item and sent several emails with no response.
Very poor customer service.

Item received was not what was pictured. What was supposed to be on the back was on the front. What was supposed to be on the front was not there at all. Contacted customer service, no response at all. Downloaded the shop app to track the shipment as directed via their website, unable to track due to no updates.

Still missing 1 ornament! Chain of events: placed order for a wine cup & 4 custom ornaments. One week later received shipping notice that my WHOLE order was shipping. One week after that my order arrived and all I received was the wine cup. I emailed every day for 3 weeks then randomly one day got a 2nd package, no emails no nothing, with 3 of the 4 ornaments. To date I am still missing an ornament with ZERO communication from this company!!!! Complete scam and terrible company

I have sent 6 emails to get a broken lid in shipping replaced. I never received any reply. Zero customer service.

Ordered a custom tumbler on Nov 14 for a Christmas gift. I still hadn't recieved a shipping confirmation (which the site promised would come in 10 days max) a month later. I reached out to the company twice, both times with no reply.
The tumbler came a few days later but the printing was stretched and cut off. It looks awful and I contacted them for a refund. It's been weeks and I have not had a single reply. I am now disputing the charge with my bank.

When I finally received my expensive order (as I had not realised it was a US company until I had already customised the t-shirt), it had a line of stitching across the words on the t-shirt that should not have been there.

I sent an email immediately to Personal 84 with a photo and did not receive any response except for continual requests to post a pic of me wearing the tee. I was very unhappy with the service received. The t-shirt was great except for the stitching!

I received my order from you and the container was a little damaged. But when I opened it up the picture was creased horizontally across it and had been folded vertically on it. I reached out to your company to solve this problem and got crickets from you. My title was ... Not Happy I took pics of how bad this was and am going to post them on your FB site so people can find out how you treat your Veterans and the crappy service you give!!

The quality of the tumbler is equal to a Yeti.It came exactly as shown in the picture.I have received many compliments and giggles on it.Definitely a good buy!!

Item never arrived. Emailed company 3 times with no reply from them. I will never use this company again

Ordered 4 ornaments and a custom wine cup. Only received the cup and not a single ornament. The packaging wasn’t even big enough for everything. $75 of my money gone and this company has not returned a single email! Scam!! Do not order from this place! If you have any issues there is no phone number or social media and the only way to contact is through an email that they do not reply to!

Terrible quality, not as described. Very small. Took forever to arrive. No communication/response when I reached out after receiving the items. Would not recommend. Will not do business with again.

On November the 27th I purchased 2 military phone covers… you debited my account $34.68 for the 2covers….on that same day(November 27th) you debited my account $31.98 twice and for a total of $63.96… also you debited my account once for$1.04 and twice for $.96…I’ve texted you twice with no response….I’m ready to take legal action… Russell Litz.. 256-682-0553…make it right and send me what you owe me !

This shirt I ordered was supposed to be a personalized frenchie shirt. The image on the shirt is a picture of a shirt with personalization. I feel like this is a joke, but no one seems to be laughing. Not only is this not even close to what I ordered, the image is also terrible quality and is already pulling up in one corner even though it’s never been worn. It’s also crooked. The company will not respond to me at all, even after 4 emails and a picture of what I received. They’ve stolen my money and don’t seem to be willing to make it right. So sad that companies like this can exist. Their reviews on the website are fake. I wrote a review that judge.me shows as verified, but it never posted.

I ordered two Moody AFB t-shirts for my wife, one black and one grey! When they came, I received the black one, but I got a stupid grey one with some corny saying on it!!!!
I sent an inquiry to PERSONAL84, but I never received a response!
