I really like my motorcycle vest. I have taken in on a couple road trips. My cap on the other hand. It arrived in a package folded /ball up to when I removed it from the package. I was disappointed with it. An I have not wound it.

Length of time on return was longer than expected and the quality was not what I expected.

I saw this product online and decided to order one for myself. Upon delivery, I noticed that it had the wrong military rank insignia on it from what I ordered. Although it came rolled in a cardboard sleeve, the paper was bent on the corners and had creases in it. Needless to say, I can't display this in my office. Poor quality.

This is looking real bad so far. I ordered a cup. It shipped on September 4th. 15 days later and I still do not have tracking. I contacted them via email ( they don’t have a phone number that you can call. Who even does that? and I’ve yet to receive a response. If I do not receive my item soon I plan to file a claim with PayPal about them. They need to be flagged as the scammers they appear to be.

I received my item today and the personalization is correct. However, this company’s communication is lacking. I emailed them twice and I didn’t get a response either time. It’s not a scam company but don’t expect the best customer service from them.

My first review was raving and deservingley so. I still stand by it!!! I am looking forward to my 3rd order which is heading out to me as I type this review. But my 2nd order I made a mistake with my size ordered right away and sent multiple emails to correct my size from a L to an xL and still havnt heard anything back in response. Though I received my panhead hoodie and love it I have it in the wrong size and still have received no response on returning it for an xl or why it wasn't changed as there was plenty of time before the order was even sent out???

Purchased a door mat which arrived folded in 4,hence creasing it to the point that it is not presentable as a gift, nor in any case usable or acceptable. Emailed their support team who made no effort whatsoever to rectify the issue.
Worse still, I left a 1 star review on their website and guess what?
They posted it as a 5 star review.
Avoid at all costs...

Never got it. Neither had any response.

This company is a scam. I purchased a custom mat for $50 back in May. When I track it the item has been in New York for about 3 weeks then to Chicago then to my post office outside of Chicago then back to Chicago. The post office says there is an issue with the label but the address is correct. I’ve emailed personal 84 (5) times and haven’t gotten one response. There is no phone number to call. If you don’t have a phone number for a business there’s obviously a very good reason why. I’d say SCAM!!

We ordered a floor mat back in August and have not received it! We have sent several emails and have never received a response!!! Very poor customer service. Buyer beware!

On July 5 I ordered two items for my father's birthday on the 17th of July. On July 13th I received an email with a USPS tracking number stating that a label had been created and that my order would soon ship. On July 25th I still only had a tracking number stating that a label had been created and my order would soon ship, so I contacted Personal84 by email. Two days later I received a response: "Sorry for the late response. ​We're sorry that your item was lost during transit time. ​We did make the replacement for your order. Below is the new tracking link". This order was coming from China and said that the items were being prepared for shipment. As of this review the items are still being prepared for shipment in China. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order and it processed the following day. I have asked for a full refund, and I'm still waiting on a response.

Update: Three days after making this review on their website they responded and told me they would push the shipper as of the 14th of August my replacement shipment has arrived in Los Angles and cleared customs (shipped from China). I am still wanting a refund and will return the items, but I think that is a lost cause, I hope my father enjoys his very late birthday gifts, if he ever receives them. I will not purchase from this company again, and I highly recommend that others do not either.

I also left a review on their website on Aug 7, everything above the update, it was never published. Nearly all reviews on their web page are 5 stars. Either they only publish the good reviews or they write their own. I'd be very suspicious of a company that has nothing but 5 star only reviews.

I am still waiting on a tracking number on a order I made back on Aug 5/22 a xx lager T Shirt it say Khe s Sanh still have not got the number but did get the money
