I got my order in plenty of time! Even to the corrected address, much appreciated. However, the pictures I sent in and the pictures that came back on the socks were kind of awful. It was like the cut out the faces and put them on separately not as 1 picture. It could have been my fault, maybe 2 faces was too much to handle for this company.

I was looking for something so personal for my sister and I.. as my sister had been diagnosed with a terminal illness. I have seen this company advertised on many sites. I thought it would be a legitimate site and made my order. I have since emailed 3 times requesting a delivery date..explaining that I feel it is not a service I was expecting...not a lot more to say really. I hope I am wrong with this company..

Just received gifts. Very disappointed. Poor quality. Did not look like picture on website. Did not arrive on time for the occasion intended. 2 x wooden family bears. Dreadful can't believe I have been duped out of my money.

Poor quality items. Paid £88.85 for three wooden family bears. They are all poorly made, contacted the company by email many times for a refund..no reply. This company took a very long time to move products from the “ production” line..but when asked for a refund, the product’s suddenly started moving..wish I had just stuck to having a refund…
“Sam” the CEO…sends out vouchers for discounts, before you even get the products & refer to you as a friend…
PLEASE BE AWARE…….

My order of wooden bear family arrived broke an cut marks , Craftsman ship VERY poor , not like pictures . But saying that , customer service was good and I received a refund quick enough !
But will not order again 😔

I am thinking this is a scam company. I ordered two items from them and recieved a confirmation email, but nothing since. I attempted to track my order and the website is now down and I am unable to track the order. Will never use again. I am just crossing my fingers the shipment comes, or I can get a refund.

I ordered two items on 11-25-2022. It is now 12-18-2022 and have not received the orders. I have received two emails that they were shipped with a tracking order but when I entered the tracking number it stated it had not been received. I feel this is a scam company.

Received our pillow and are so happy with the result! I needed to contact customer service prior to delivery and they responded immediately. Couldn’t have been easier!

I ordered pjs for my daughters birthday - they arrived eventually way after the birthday! and they are really lovely (nice and soft and pic is awesome!) just took a long time to receive. Factor that in if you’re ordering from Australia.

Ordered an personalized ornament . One number on address was missing so not delivered. Instead of charging for extra shipping , they say you must reorder !!
They act so generous giving you a 20% discount . This business needs to go under . Ripping off people is not ok

After i had placed my order i was worried as i read the reviews, i wish i had read them first. But i had nothing to worry about ,my order arrived without any problems. It took 3 weeks but that didnt matter. I will certainly order from them again.

I ordered PJ bottoms for my daughter-in-law with a picture of her dog on them. They were very cute and the fabric soft. I ordered a small and they seem true to size. I received them in time for Christmas. I would order from this company again.

I bought purple socks....got them on the mail. I was UYTERLY disappointed! The purple was so muted that the white dog almost blends in with it. The purple on the website was a dark purple. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.

New socks I got are pretty amazing. They are exactly what I wanted for me and my bf one year. I can’t wait to give them to him he’s gonna love them. Thanks so much for completing my gifts.
The socks are pretty good condition also.

So glad I did this. Got three pairs of socks. But the one of my sister’s dog was the most important and came out perfectly. She is going to love wearing him on her feet. Great communication as well. Would do repeat business. Thank you.

I purchased a pillow for a dear friend who had just lost their doggie after 15 years. It was so easy to upload the photo and initiate the purchase. The puppy pillow came and our friends were over the moon with this special gift! The quality is amazing. Thanks!

It took them over a month to send 2 pillows I ordered. I understand it was 2-5 business days for production and 7-10 business days for shipping. After about 30+ days I emailed them about my order and “all of a sudden “ it was shipped next day . Pillows come and they basically half assed it and literally copied and paste one photo to all pillows when I submitted multiple photos, there are other sites that offer better customer service and better products, please DO NOT purchase from here!!!

Ordered a face pillow and it turned out great! My interaction with Customer Service was friendly and prompt and I received my order quickly. I would definitely purchase again!

Horrible customer service! Still have not received a tracking number and I ordered my pajamas almost 1 month ago! Do not give this crappy place your business!
