Amazing service from start to finish, Mabel was very helpful on the phone, Perfect group made the move so easy and took away all the stress with the move, they were professional and took time and care with all our items, dismantleing and reassembling beds, the team were so nice, nothing was too much trouble. We had some extra boxes delivered and they were collected at no extra cost. I can't recommend these enough.

They arrived on time. The guys were all polite and worked hard. Everything went exactly as planned and we couldn’t have asked for an easier moving day. I would unreserved recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant service from all the team, beginning to end. Despite delays and postponements they were always accommodating, changing dates around with no complaints. On the day Will, Jay and John turned up on time, work efficiently and with a smile. Nothing was too much bother. Would definitely recommend! Thankyou team!

This was the third move entrusted to Perfect Group in six years. No need to go to tender as performance excellent. Always friendly at a stressful time and in solving the expected unexpected challenges. Can't rate them too highly.

These guys were efficient, polite and good fun. They made a stressful 2 days much easier. They really handled the furniture carefully and were careful not to damage walls or leave any evidence that they had been there. In the new house that got the sitting room and bedroom sorted so we could just collapse at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them. I wish all companies I deal with were as communicative, efficient and as professional are the perfect group are.

The admin side of it was handled efficiently, the move date we wanted was confirmed a couple of days before we moved (it was a temporary move after an insurance claim, so it wasn't like we were in a chain) and the team on the day came in, packed for us, dismantled large items - beds, sofa, table etc - then put everything where it needed to be in the new property and reassembled what needed it. Nothing lost, nothing damaged, lovely crew: as stress free as moving can ever be. Would use again.

Very careful and considerate employees. No rushing, nothing was too much trouble, including much furniture re-arrangement. I would recommend using Perfect Group for any moving or storage needs. Three employees from the company cane and were professional . Phoned me before they arrived on the day and confirmed appointment also day before . Sofa came sealed and wrapped and they bright 2 seater up in lift and the 3 seater they had to carry up 6 flights of stairs so was not expecting that as was greatful they did that . Happy with the job and thumbs up .

The team arrived promptly and worked quietly and efficiently for 5 hours. No complaints so altogether Perfect!

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Fantastic communication, professional and efficient. They were so good I actually ended up standing around like a spare part! Brilliant service.

Had a furniture delivery, from Perfect Group, to our brand new Care Home today. Will and Ajay formed the delivery team and were excellent. They were polite, considerate of the environment and work methodically and were extremely tidy. It was a pleasure to meet two professionals. Thank Will and Ajay.

The Perfect Group lived up to their name from start to finish. They accommodated every wish with a smile and helped me every way they could. James checked in on me and made sure I was ok and went above and beyond. The guys on moving day were nothing short of super human even though I was on the 5th floor they did everything and more that they could to ensure I was happy with everything. I do not have words to say how happy I was and would recommend this company without the slightest hesitation. Thank you everyone

We recently used Perfect Group for our house move, and they were absolutely outstanding! From the very first contact, they instilled confidence and made the entire process stress-free.
The amazing team, led by Haydon, including Tim, James, Callum, and Andy, were all incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Their communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. They were efficient, careful with our belongings, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything went smoothly. Each member of the team was professional and personable, making what is usually a very stressful day, actually quite pleasant.

5 Stars no problem, everything from booking , to removing and bringing back household goods was efficient, good communication, and everything done perfectly. Excellent.

From first contact, through estimating, coordinating, packing and completing our removal, Perfect lived up to their name.

Every team member we encountered from start to finish was professional, friendly, helpful and clearly very proud of their work. Even their vehicles were spotless.

Moving home is really stressful, but the whole thing was made much easier by everyone.
